As they started the first session on the Church of the Eternally Secure, they were just kind of going over like basics and an outline of how they were going to proceed . It was going along and they were giving 4 different views and just stating what their beliefs were. When they,( oh they are Sister Renee and Brother Luke who leads the church here on TH-cam )started saying that they believed that the Kingdom is now, that there was no literal 1000 year reign, that the Rapture of the church and the Second coming of Christ will happen at the same time and other things like the destruction of Jerusalem in Revelation already took place in 70AD, I got so sad! I’m like, what about our Blessed Hope? The snatching away to meet Jesus in the clouds? Stuff like that! It really upset me for a minute, then I thought, no way! God doesn’t lie! Around the hour mark (maybe 10 min after) brother Chuck refers to the tribulation as being equal to God's wrath. did I get this wrong? If he does conflate the 2, that's where I differ. It appears to me that understanding the tribulation as God's wrath is what determines believers' belief in pre-trib rapture (the church is not appointed to God's wrath). However, if the tribulation IS NOT God's wrath (God's wrath comes as a response to the tribulation) then it's possible for the church to experience some of the tribulation WITHOUT being appointed to God's wrath (which I believe more/less begins in Rev 7).
Amen Amen for this comment. The Lord showed me the differentiantion of these 2 distinct words, Tribulation and Wrath a decade or more ago. Two different Greek Words in Scripture to PROVE/DOCUMENT that Tribulation and Wrath are UNIQUE TERMS!! I have attended many Christian Conferences and hear the teachings whereby Tribulation and Wrath are merged as if they are identical events. THEY ARE NOT. I have even shown fellow Believers the error of these terms being fused as one. Yet, individuals whom adhere to the Pre-Trib doctrine seem to be blinded to the simple TRUTH easily discerned by studying the different words and definitions in the Greek. True according to the WORD/SCRIPTURE, the Believers WILL NOT be subjected to Wrath; however, The WORD does not state that Believers will escape Tribulation. So simple, yet, so many want to believe that The Church will be whisked away before experiencing any troubles...How could this be understood, taught, defended, and believed so wrongly? Study and ask The Holy Spirit to open your eyes to what the Scripture states. Amen.

I always picture Jesus as the smartest man in Israel. When the pharisees interrogated Jesus, He knew they were more concerned with man made law and not the commandments from the God the Father. He was what people today call cocky because He was so far above those "rulers". I still wonder what would have happened if those who wanted to kill Jesus, did not get their way. Why is it that Rev 7:12-14 isn't the raptured church? Rev 6:11 says there will be latter saints who are martyred and Rev 1:9 says that John is a fellow partaker in the tribulation (and kingdom). My first instinct says these things together indicate the church will suffer/experience some of the tribulation (they "come out" of it). I'd appreciate further discussion. Thanks.

After the Tribulation during the Millennial reign of Jesus, Satan is bound (i.e. put in prison) for that time. When released, for a short time, he tempts those still in the fleshly bodies to sin. Those he tempts had grown up in that "perfect" environment, perfect Ruler and government, and perfect judicial system. They've known the truth and were required to obey the laws. However, Satan will prove that even in the best environment and best conditions, each person STILL has a sinful nature and STILL needs Jesus to save them from their sin.

When they,( oh they are Sister Renee and Brother Luke who leads the church here on TH-cam )started saying that they believed that the Kingdom is now, that there was no literal 1000 year reign, that the Rapture of the church and the Second coming of Christ will happen at the same time and other things like the destruction of Jerusalem in Revelation already took place in 70AD, I got so sad! I’m like, what about our Blessed Hope? The snatching away to meet Jesus in the clouds? Stuff like that! It really upset me for a minute, then I thought, no way! God doesn’t lie! The I ran and put on Brother Chuck’s Revelation series! I haven’t listened past the first one before, but I am now! I need my Blessed Hope to keep going each day! To speak with my family that I don’t know, but do know and love!😁 I feel so isolated and alone due to either family not believing or if they do believe, the are mad at me for talking so much about Jesus and heaven and the Rapture! I have 5 grown children and only one is Saved! The my two oldest girls, Beth and Sara hardly speak to me because I’m not the same person I was, before I was born again! They won’t reach out at all! My middle girl misty is saved praise God! But She doesn't speak to me, lol! My oldest boy James is a wonderful man! He doesnt make fun of me for my beliefs, ,but he won’t believe! My youngest, Danny knows God is real, but not Jesus! I have 8 grand babies and only one is Saved and she loves her Jesus! Hallelujah! Her name is Crimson Lily she’s 10. Aiden, Millia, max, Reese, Irir and Arabella all need prayers as well as all of their daddy’s and mamas for Salvation, p,ease🙏🏻🤗 well Anna, lol, thanks for listenting to all of this! Around the hour mark (maybe 10 min after) brother Chuck refers to the tribulation as being equal to God's wrath. did I get this wrong? If he does conflate the 2, that's where I differ. It appears to me that understanding the tribulation as God's wrath is what determines believers' belief in pre-trib rapture (the church is not appointed to God's wrath). However, if the tribulation IS NOT God's wrath (God's wrath comes as a response to the tribulation) then it's possible for the church to experience some of the tribulation WITHOUT being appointed to God's wrath (which I believe more/less begins in Rev 7).
Amen Amen for this comment. The Lord showed me the differentiantion of these 2 distinct words, Tribulation and Wrath a decade or more ago. Two different Greek Words in Scripture to PROVE/DOCUMENT that Tribulation and Wrath are UNIQUE TERMS!!
I have attended many Christian Conferences and hear the teachings whereby Tribulation and Wrath are merged as if they are identical events. THEY ARE NOT. I have even shown fellow Believers the error of these terms being fused as one.
Yet, individuals whom adhere to the Pre-Trib doctrine seem to be blinded to the simple TRUTH easily discerned by studying the different words and definitions in the Greek.
True according to the WORD/SCRIPTURE, the Believers WILL NOT be subjected to Wrath; however, The WORD does not state that Believers will escape Tribulation.
So simple, yet, so many want to believe that The Church will be whisked away before experiencing any troubles...How could this be understood, taught, defended, and believed so wrongly?
Study and ask The Holy Spirit to open your eyes to what the Scripture states. Amen.

I always picture Jesus as the smartest man in Israel. When the pharisees interrogated Jesus, He knew they were more concerned with man made law and not the commandments from the God the Father. He was what people today call cocky because He was so far above those "rulers". I still wonder what would have happened if those who wanted to kill Jesus, did not get their way. Pilate could have said No, I will not do it!

Why is it that Rev 7:12-14 isn't the raptured church? Rev 6:11 says there will be latter saints who are martyred and Rev 1:9 says that John is a fellow partaker in the tribulation (and kingdom). My first instinct says these things together indicate the church will suffer/experience some of the tribulation (they "come out" of it). I'd appreciate further discussion. Thanks.

Why? Why does Satan get to tempt people again? I thought the new heaven and new Earth will be filled with the incorrupt of the Earth.
After the Tribulation during the Millennial reign of Jesus, Satan is bound (i.e. put in prison) for that time. When released, for a short time, he tempts those still in the fleshly bodies to sin. Those he tempts had grown up in that "perfect" environment, perfect Ruler and government, and perfect judicial system. They've known the truth and were required to obey the laws. However, Satan will prove that even in the best environment and best conditions, each person STILL has a sinful nature and STILL needs Jesus to save them from their sin.

I am trying so hard to explain the wonder of Christ. How good it is to KNOW Him. To know He watches me even when I fall.
