Silent Hill has always been super atmospheric and horrifying, so I FINALLY got to play the new game, Silent Hill The Short Message!
It definitely had some super cool jumpscares along with great music and tense moments!

To seek connection, to need others, to desire belonging...these things are not weaknesses, they are inherent in our humanity. The notion that the strongest animals need only themselves to survive is nonsense, and completely divorced from the reality that all life is connected, and interdependent.
While I can agree that to sacrifice who you are for the sake of belonging is inherently damaging, the rest of that message utterly fails to connect with me. We do need love, we do need each other, and there will be no need to stop being yourself in order for the right people to accept you. Those that scorn you for your uniqueness, your difference, do so out of fear, or hate, or envy. In any case, they can not contribute anything of worth to your life, their approval or disapproval is as significant as a fart in a hurricane.
Meanwhile, live, love yourself, love others...and for the sake of everything, COMMUNICATE with those you love.
