Hi Erin! You are my favorite content creator! It's such a high point of my day when I open TH-cam and see.. Aaaah! There's a new video of Erin. Absolutely love all today's projects!
I dearly love the background you create . That's one of the best things I've seen. You are truly able to create the Old World look. Vintage Aged, worn look. That's so authentic looking. The frame adds so much too. I love the book also. Erin, your creativity knows no boundaries. Beautiful projects. ❤❤❤
Erin, I've run out of superlatives .....there's nothing original that i can say about your amazing creativity and talent. I would mention that i really, really look forward to seeing that you have put up another new video. I enjoy them immensely. Thank you for sharing your lovely art!! 😊❤
Hi Erin! Wow, I love the look of the book, stunning! The vase turned out looking like an old piece of pottery/crock, 🎉🎉 Also loved the frame and art work!! Really like the neutral colors❤ Wonderful inspiration!! Jeanne Baton Rouge 22:09
You did an amazing job with your old world finishes today! I loved them all, my fav was the vase. It just came out so pretty and textured. Thanks again for the inspiration! ❤❤❤
Erin I can’t pick a favorite. All your projects are just beautiful! Love learning about the salt wash too❤️ty for another lovely and creative video! ❤️
I love all of these. I have several plain frames that came in a set and now will try to create something similar, TY for the inspiration, have had those frames for 10 years and never knew what to do with them🤗❤️
The projects you created have that vintage vibe. I love all the steps you used to create the textures, moulds, transfers, inlays and color choice. All are beautiful ! Thanks for sharing Erin❤
Erin your videos are always so informative, inspiring and also relaxing to watch ❤❤❤When people buy books with decorated covers are they for display face forward on shelves, sitting on coffee tables, ???

👏👏👏Excellent Erin. Just stunning. Oh, I recently purchased Dixie Bell Van Dyke brown glaze from a local antique store here in the US. I opened it and it was grey. I stirred it for about ten minutes before I saw brown. Can you shake them? Thanks!- Kristin
Hi thanks so much 😊 I use Paint Couture Glaze now but yep you can shake the DB glaze. Sometimes the mixture appears to be a different colour but it does show up as brown when dry.
I have had nothing but trouble with the Prima label transfers…I’ve tried everything…🤷♀️ all their transfers have been a big pain for me and a big waste of money…
Your artistry and creative talent are top notch. Your work, impeccable. Your ideas, original. However, after having seen so many of your videos, I am always dismayed that you always go for beige/brown/gray colors...colors that make me gag. RED, YELLOW, BLUE, FUCHSIA, PURPLE, GREEN, PINK, NAVY, etc. Don't you have any other colors of paint?
@@TheProvincialFarmhouse A dot here and there, though appreciated, is not the same. I've seen your paint over gorgeous colors with blah beige. On the other hand, I have found that many artists favor your colors on furniture and in thrift flips. Maybe I'm the "odd man" here; I just consider myself a "person of color." I love colors. And when I see people paint over beautiful wood, I want to cry. Again, there are many people I follow who do the same. Please don't be insulted; I am astounded when I see your creative abilities. It's just the colors...I'm sorry. I probably shouldn't have said anything. Anyone new here should know what a superb artist Erin is. I am really a fan.

Erin your videos are always so informative, inspiring and also relaxing to watch ❤❤❤When people buy books with decorated covers are they for display face forward on shelves, sitting on coffee tables, ???
Thanks so much. I find they are displayed standing on shelves or laying on coffee tables 😊
Since you didn't have enough spray sealer handy, I believe you can make some by combining the brush-on sealer and some water in a spray bottle - I haven't tried this but have seen others do so in their videos - in other words, I'm not sure how well it works or what the ratio of water to sealer would be
Thanks Denise. That is something I’ve done before but it clogs up the nossle on the spray bottle.
@@TheProvincialFarmhouse ah - I wondered about that - thanks for the reply!
@@TheProvincialFarmhouse ok thank you so much! I really appreciate it!
Erin I have a question on the 3rd project do you think you could get the same.look with sea spray as opposed to the salt wash?
I’m not sure if it’ll be exactly the same but it definitely worth a try 😊
What paint inlay was that? Wasn't familiar, and I didn't see it in your supply list?
Sorry I’ve added it now. It was the La Chasse Paint Inlay by IOD.
I have had nothing but trouble with the Prima label transfers…I’ve tried everything…🤷♀️ all their transfers have been a big pain for me and a big waste of money…
Sorry to hear that. I haven’t had issues with them as long as my paint is completely dry.
Thank you. However I don’t think you’ve seen many of my recent videos because I have used blues, greens and even purple on a recent book.
Ugly comment. Not necessary.
