You prop won’t reply but won’t hurt. Trying the Zillow fsbo cold calling is that a bad idea to get started. Or should I pay for leads? does it a make a big difference if I pay for leads. Also on Zillow a lot of them say I get a million of calls with low balling price.
I have been using Propstream for several months now. I have been contemplating switching due to Batch scheduled campaigns. But I noticed that when I pull an unfiltered market Propstream has a lot more. I also noticed that Propstream is showing more current mortgage data. Any thoughts?
@@NeilDRealEstateInvests definitely! Batch leads is worth it if you want to text blasts large lists, virtual drive for dollars etc. But if you're just looking to pull a list propstream is great. I just wouldn't use it to skip trace

Prop stream is great but prop steam skip tracing is tier 3, very terrible for skip tracing but pretty decent for pulling lists, 80-85 percent accuracy
