Firstly the most likely reason someone had $7.5 million, in cash, is because they obtained it illegally, so the person could of had lots of reasons why they couldn’t access it, for example they couldn’t have the police knowing they are accessing storage units if the police are on their case, because if the police found that much cash they’d get turned in. Other possibilities as well, could of been arrested, could of died, very unlikely they forgot
possible scenario. their house was robbed, and the person who robbed it stashed the safe in the storage but was caught before they could break it open. they went to prison, cops never found the safe, then it got auctioned. the family heard about it and wanted it back and a deal was made. rappers carry ridiculous amounts of money on them and in their house so its not unlikely at all that some rich family could have that much in a safe at home.
