Ingredients for Mushroom Sauce:
350 Gr Beef Entrecote
4 Pieces of Culture Mushrooms
1 piece Capia pepper
3 Cloves of Garlic
1 Head Dry Onion
1 Tablespoon of Butter
2 Tea Glasses of Drinking Water
Quarter Cup Soy Sauce
2 Bay Leaves
8-10 Pieces of Black Pepper
Ingredients for Puree:
3 Medium Potatoes
2 spoonful butter
1 Tea Glass of Milk
1 and a Half Teaspoons of Rock Salt
100 gr Cheddar Cheese
