spinal anesthesia is basically an epidural on the spine, it's not just for pregnant women, I've had one when I had foot surgery, it is scary not being able to feel your lower body or move anything, although when it wears off the pain hits you like a Mack truck, it's better just to let them knock you out for 6hrs at a time than to take the pain meds that don't really work
Oh. I started moving my left leg after 20 mins since the nurse asked me if I could move haha and my right after 30 mins. I didn't think it was that scary. I just talked to the nurse the whole time. I had an emergency c section but I already knew from past incidents that pain killers dont work well on me. They were shooting my tubes up cause I kept saying ow during the surgery. But yeah its better to be knocked out. I was awake most of the time and i was sweating from the pain. Percocets didnt work.

I just recently had a surgery in my abdomen; my *FIRST* operation ever. The diagnosis said that I have appendicitis and my appendix had already burst out that's why I needed immediate surgery. I can't feel anything from my chest to my toes before and after the surgery(they put me to sleep). When I was moved to my room, I immediately slept again, and when I woke up(after 1-2 hrs i think), i still can't feel my lower body, but I can already feel on my chest and a little on my abdomen(the wound(?) was starting to hurt a bit). It was after 6 hrs(more or less) that I can completely feel my body and my would freaking hurts like hell. I can't even move the next day. I was just lying on my hospital bed. The only thing that I can move is my head, toe, arms and hands.
The funny thing is that I wasn't afraid that I can't feel my body(from chest to toes). I just felt frustrated(obviously), weird and amazed. And I think I'm crazy 'cause I thought it was kinda cool that I can't move my toes 😅
P.S im 21 yrs old. How old r u guys on ur first operation? If u don't mind.

We all love 능력자, but we don't want you to go through THIS because of your role! And I don't want to be mean, but some people HAVE died because of way too much exercise... Same happened to me, too much gym made a disc hernya popup and I stopped for 2 years, also got 7kg during that time. Probably I've seen more than 10 different doctors/chiropractors, all useless. Then I decide to workout again to be more active. First months were painful as hell, now still painful but better, seems nothing but now I can jump without fear the pain when landing. Also before, coughing made me so painful that I wanted to cry sometimes. I know that doing sport again isn't really good too, but also stop isn't good. One with those injuries need strong muscles to support their back, that's the reason probably he keep doing it too (but less weights would be better). Some people can 100% neutrality those pains doing sport. And, when isn't enough, there's surgery, but should be the last resort. Bad habits need to be fixed, or it would come again
He didn't get it from the gym. He got it from being abused and overworked when he was a trainee and in Turbo.
But the video doesnt explain that he works out that much cause he has a condition/injury/etc (i forgot what it was) that will worsen if he doesnt exercise. So its better for him to exercise than not.

Too much exercise and muscle is really bad.. Like happened to Arnold Swarzenegger when he was young and full of muscles, he had a heart surgery because his too much muscles is squeezing his heart..

He exercises regularly because of his injuries, he has areas of significant weakness and pain if he does not keep the muscles strong.

And it was bc he exercised without proper knowledge in his high school, he developed severe back pain that only exercise can cure and he said he's fine now and everything is just out obsession.

you can die from working out too much since you overexert your body to the point that it causes damage.
Faustina yh but its very unlikely, how many natural (non steroid takers) die from working out too much. Your body shows many signs that you are working out too much which may lead to a fever but dying is very unlikely, look at top athletes who have workout for several hours a day for example.

If you watch full episode.. he is suppose to do surgery in september 2017.. but he postpone it like 6 month later.. i don't think his exercise is the main reason he get that surgeries.. he's been injured several time during RM.. and there's episode where they make him pulled a car and it worsen his injured part.. it during 6 Member special (where kjk forced to have a date with women he don't know).. they make him do ridiculous thing despite of his injured body.. the organs become more pressure as he exercise.. but he execise to be healthy not to damage his body.. people might think execise is the one destroyed his body but no! He's body been tortured so much in RM plus his massive training time during Turbo.. he's human too, there's limit to use one' strength.. i really hate old RM pd that forced him used his body in that way and even try fired him from RM .. 😡😡😡😡😡 this all happen in 2017.. poor him

@@justinecualing1681 they didn't air it but the issues got into korean news and RM could be already END as other member don't want to continue when jihyo & jongkook been fired.. well, because of international fans, SBS want to continue RM despite their rating being really low for korean viewer after gary resigned.. the PD that fired jk n jh get transfered to other show.. but the member already set their mind to end the show together..however, bcause of fans support they came back with SBS start to apologize to jongkook first.. then jongkook gather & ask all member to join the show again together till the end, and during that chaos, new PD was assigned & they cast 2 more member into RM (sechan & somin) to bring a bit of new look into RM.. this new PD may not too experience and kept repeat boring games but he did save the show.. during that time, all member had their own injury so they cease all extreme activities like name tag elimination to give members a good rest.. the new PD after being critic that he is not creative & always give attention to somin only, he just change his position but still work for RM.. now PD hwanjine replace him

This is not on the subject but I hate one of the mothers guts. She ruined her son life. He was a play boy but finally found a lady he loved so much and wanted to marry but his mother wouldn't let him because she thought she was insuitable I think she was divorced or something that's why anyway the son came on happy together and yoo ji suk his friend brought it up the son starts crying on the show that's how much he loved her. The mother is evil. I hate people like that.
