Did this exact workout yesterday when I only had 45 mins to workout before I got to work...got in and got out real quick
👌🏼😮💨
@@l_eel_em did u tell em ?
I’m in the exact same situation
I'm about to knock it out.
You reckon your legs will grow without squats tho following this regimen
"finally nobody's favorite, calves" me who actually loves hitting calves 😅
Haha ngl, i dont mind it either 🤫
@@l_eel_em 📸
Aren't you better off hitting the calves on the leg press machine? I usually use salsa step counts so one two three four is holding it up and 567 and then eight is me in the stretch position.
I absolutely LOVED training calves until I stopped and literally nothing changed lmao
Same 😅
Your ham strings make me question if you are natural insane man 😮
I think he’s been lifting for over a decade witch if u do consistently stay on track with your macros and protein than you could look really good but u can achieve a great physique without steroids over a long period of time staying consistent
Also he’s a smaller dude in stature so he looks very big when there isn’t a sense of scale. I mean he is super big but height plays a role
Hahaha it’s just more prominent now with lower body fat. My hamstrings dont pop out that much when I’m around a more sustainable body fat level of around 10-12% body fat as my legs hold more fat than more other body parts!
Everything about him makes me question it lol
@@l_eel_em nonsense! You are too humble my dude
Can we talk about this guy almost locking out his legs while leg pressing?
that’s fine.
If you're not ego lifting, and are using a weight you can actually control, then locking out is fine. Why use full R.O.M on every muscle but not legs?
@@wadell964it’s not about rom. When u lock ur knees, the pressure is lifted from the muscle, and transferred to the kneecap, which is a joint. This can lead to knee injury eventually.
I haven’t been “gyming” all that hard, but after surviving cancer in my inner right thigh, all I’ve wanted to do was to have my own ‘bakery’ (cough). Unfortunately I have to work against the chemotherapy, which manipulated my whole right leg to grow MUCH slower… I’m bummed out by it, but EVEN SO, I’m gonna train. If I see little growth, that’s enough for me. Thanks big bro, Jesus loves you
Congrats for surviving cancer bro💪💪🔥🔥
U got this
LET'S GO BROTHER. WE WILL REAP THE REWARDS AND FRUITS SHINING GOLDEN IN FRONT OF US.
WWWWW #fuckcancer
Those knees locking on the leg press be giving me anxiety
It’s almost certainly fine for the vast majority of people, as long as you’re lifting a weight you can control. Don’t do it if it causes you pain (especially if repeatedly and increasingly worse).
PhD. Mike Israetel of Renaissance Periodization has like 4 videos on it explaining why it’s safe.
Your joints are meant to stack over one another the reason peoples knees cave in is because they’re ego lifting
You must also be afraid of roller coasters and airplanes and cars and beaches and going outside
@@zclan4130 what are you tyring to prove mate. This guy has a punch of plates and his knee are locking in
@@Erasablesun my point is you saw 1 video of someone’s legs snapping and somehow think that’s a regular occurance lmao you’re more likely to die in a car crash than be a victim to a leg press 😂
Right on time, will surely try this out later! Keep it up! Question though... have you ever tried Next Level Diet? I got a muscle-building plan from them and I love it.
I haven't tried it before!
In all honesty, there's no reason for me to try it haha
I track my own calories so I don't need a personalised meal plan, and I can create my own one if I wanted too.
That and I already have a coach!
Just focus on back squats bro, this tutorial is for lazy and mentally weak people lol
@@l_eel_emcan you be my coach please 😮
@@oriistaples6348rizz
Dude I don’t care what the haters say. You are massive and are doing great. Keep it up I love watching your shit man
Bro's hamstrings are Majestic
I love to keep it simple and safe. Thanks for this
What Does Tempo Mean? Essentially, 'tempo' in weight training refers to the speed that you lift the weight (the concentric phase of movement) and how quickly you lower the weight (the eccentric phase of movement).
👌🏼👌🏼
What does X mean?

Looks brutal, thanks a lot for the insight. Sick legs as well!
Haha thank you!
This dude is caked up GOD DAMNNN
I need to print and frame that back extension shot ❤
😘
I love the videos man ❤, need to get a bakery soon 😢
Hahah thanks bro 🥹❤️
Did this today… what a great workout
Unpopular opinion: Leg day is the best day of the week
should stay unpopular
Truthfully speaking, it is. I’d say it’s the most rewarding day as well.
Bro
The level of shreds, can't believe it
I have been here fom the starting so it's kind of surreal, that oh yup he is prepping for a show 😎
Hahah thanks bro 🙏🏼🙏🏼
This is the first leg workout I seen without squats…and by the looks of it I can see it works. I was doing some thinking to myself earlier about replacing squats with leg press considering that they’re both compound movements.
Theres a reason alot of powerfull lifters use squats, it may be the single greatest compound lift and progressing on it with good form will give you large and strong legs guaranteed
Damm you made leg day actually look fun, what’s that music in the background? It absolutely slaps
❤ everything but the leg press but after this video, I’ll reconsider my relationship with this piece of equipment.
Thanks for putting this video together. It motivates me. And why wouldn’t it? You’ve got legs of steel.
This is a great workout I do it most of the time but will try it with the exact sets and reps you instructed in the video.., sick legs as well they are really showing more and more as ur getting leaner!
Ayee thank you!
@@l_eel_em Your welcome, keep up the grind!!
Bro that full extension gonna get you
I was about to say that in another comment, his leg will bend around his knee
I love this guy
That eccentric control bruh❤!! Seems like slow motion dude
ham n glute focused back extensions are an awesome ass exercise
DAMN those hams are phenomenal 🤩🤩🤩
I love calf man. Maxing out the machine is a good feeling (also almost collapsing lmao).
This is my exact leg workout I do anyway but w leg press before extensions same sets and everything lol
Mad content my bro
Most immaculate bakery
🥹🙏🏼😂
A leg day without squats? Im fully in for it fuck yes
On my leg days, I want to focus on the glute while doing squats on the smith but even I’ve tried everything, I just feel my quads and knees dying🫠 (even with knee bands🙂)
Bro gives us your secret to lowering body fat while still maintaning muscle. Ive been follow u for months and your visual is insane now
Just some basic advice cut out fats as much as possible while still maintaining high protein and don’t go on a diet that makes u eat less than 300 calories than u normally do
Don't listen to the guy above. That must be the worst advice ever. We need healthy fats on our diet, just cut sugar, refined carbs, seed oils, drink lots of water and add walking to your routine
@@samreddington825 If by fats you mean, fats from mayo, sweets etc then yeah sure. But fats like, fatty meats, butter, avocado are essential for a living human
@@christiant.133 yes and that’s why I said as much as you can, you clearly know what you’re talking about, so why would u say my advice is the worst ever when it’s far from that statement
@@samreddington825 Cause saying "cut out fats as much as possible" you give the impression that you mean all fats, not the bad ones. Human body needs fats to survive unlike carbohydrates. Preferably animal fats, that's why I said that. Your comment just wasn't very clear, that's all
I'm happy we all agree on not locking the knees
Doesn’t matter as long as you use a weight that you can controll and don’t have weird as knee joints
I train my legs more than my upper body. Im always sad when i meet leg day skippers 😢
I just need to see you and my testi sky rockets 🚀
Keep up the great work 👑
Hahaha thanks bro 🙏🏼❤️
Jeez those hamstrings 🔥💯💪🏿
🙏🏼🙏🏼
Really like those hamstring / back extensions stealing those
Hahaha enjoy!!
Actual advice for the leg extensions: hold on tightly to the handles and PULL yourself into the seat as hard as you can. THAT will actually allow for better force production.
Fr fr 👌🏼👌🏼
Personally, I love doing calf raises on the leg press machine.
I pretty much do this already! 😁
Perfect had a legday today
👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
Great video! And wow you hamstrings 💪
Haha thank you! 🙏🏼
Omg that leg lockage makes my anxiety go through the room
Those hammies!!! They look alive!
💪🏼😤
Lee lem bakery, homegrown good for all your calf raising needs
👌🏼😂
Too funny 😂 love your videos
🙏🏼😆
You gotta chill with locking your legs on that leg press lol
Yeah lol I seen a video a guy tried to leg press a tractor and locked his legs and they bent the way they weren't supposed too. 😬😬
@@trevorburns5324yeah that video was traumatising
if you can handle the weight you're good tbh
@@whotfissimmy even still, 250lbs is a lot of damn weight
This guy definitely watches dr.mike
Cant spell legendary without leg day
👌🏼👌🏼
Love your shorts & videos! 😊 Can I please ask for your opinion regarding whether we should lock out our legs or rather straighten our legs when we do full motion leg? 😮
Straighten your leg right before lock out, never fully lock out just come really close
As long as you’re not hyperextending your legs and you still able to manage the load you’re working with full range of motion, locking out is fine! The videos where you see people injure themselves is where they’re lifting far beyond what they can manage ☺️
@@l_eel_em @Rakimjoseph thank you for your replies!
Keep it on 👏👍💪

"Own a bakery" is crazy
I actually really like doing legs my fav muscle group to work
🤣🤣 the calves got me
This man is Dad
What does tempo mean?
In time you will learn to love leg day, to wait for it like a rabid dog waiting to be fed, in time you will want to squat ass to ground. I too once hated leg day, now it's my favorite day.
“own a bakery one day”💀
Thats a lot of cake playboy ❤
If you cant crow calfs..do it slow all range
I don't care how much it socks. I need something that works!
Yo think we can get a vid about your preferences for pre workout and protien supps would be helpful loving all the vids been grinding 6 days a week in the gym and always come back to your vids for form check
Ayee appreciate it man! I have actually been planning to make a supplement video soon!
Keep grinding out man your content is great funny ASF and helpful most fitness content is catering to US so it helps heap for us Aus peeps
Sweet can't wait for the vid bro
GYAT
making weird faces boosts face gains 💪
👌🏼😂
Me when the leg snaps on leg press
Mario rios crawling his way here after seeing you do 3 sitting exercises in a row:💀
My calves started burning when he said calves
Do you do another day that involves more quads (like a squat focused day) just curious, because this is a a very hamstring focused workout
Bro, I nEEd your bakery 🥵
😂😂
You should be careful not to lock your knees while leg pressing.
shut up it’s fine if it’s controlled
Myth
Common myth would you be scared to lock your legs on a squat?
this is only advice that it mainly geared toward those who have bad/weak knees as it, or are prone to hyper extension genetically or by injury. he is neither of those obviously so him locking out is okay
They want to say it’s a myth but I have a buddy who ruined his entire college career having his knees go inverted on a pr leg press
loved the video, why do you only do 2-3 sets per exercise?
I have enough volume allocated for my muscle groups to only need 2-3 sets ☺️
those knees when leg press 😢😢😢😢😢😢
Bro, don't lock your knees on leg press. The additional 0.5 cm of motion is not worth the risk of your knees snapping
No
if you feel like your knee is gonna snap, you can’t handle the weight bud
ikr wtf
@@jaclob_That's not how it works lmfao
That's a struggle for ego lifters, not people who can handle clean reps...
Love it, but do you ever do squats? I have a similar program except i squat instead of hamstring curls
I dont do barbell back squats, but I do have a squatting movement on my other leg day which is hack squats ☺️
calfs are my fav
Why’s no one talking about how bro started the video of him getting up after taking a dump💀🤣
Locking the knees on leg press.. 😬
"Google instead of asking in the comments" 😂😂
i'll just keep skipping legs :) you keep it up though :)
save
it lools like your leg is straightened during the leg press. is it straightened? i have no idea, i just started to go to gym.
Lol, I am doing this workout rn because my lower back is damaged. Besides calve work. I don't need it because I run 😅
Own a bakery one day 😂
Funny thing I love working out legs but I hate biceps lol
❤❤❤❤🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🙏🙏🙏
I prefer squat over leg press
Hey Lee,
What camera do you use for filming?
What about squats?
A BAKERY LMAO
No squats is wild
I have a squatting movement on my other leg day!
Calves are my favorite part of legs to train lol.
Hahaha ngl they’re really not that bad 🤣
@@l_eel_em I have arthritis in my knees so I’ve had to conquer that with quad workouts so I used to hate training quads 😂
How is no one pointing out the fact the video starts with him flushing the toilet? Are we just all ignoring that? 😂
What about squats and rdls and split squats. And leg day is so fun. Your doing literally the easiest exercises
I have hypermobility so I gotta be really careful when it comes to how deep a rep should go, what’s a good sign to pull back and end the set?
Girls have left the chat
Would you say ur genetics are elite tier or just good
Calfs is probably the best part I like to train, lol
How can ppl hate training legs? I feel like it’s the most bang for your buck, looking yoked in shorts muscle that actually makes you feel sore (especially when on the toilet)
Hahahaha ngl, it’s definitely want of those love hate things for me as well 🤣
