You really need a better support system and team. This thing does not come with enough instructions. And games it comes with already on it gives the impression that it's good to go and it's not. Life after nothing works right. Call of duty same thing. If your company put pre installed games on there than go with a pre installed regular cintroller set up. Like all consoles have and pc plug and play has. It's not that hard. What it hard is figuring out hot to set it up yourself. From the little booklet you do not get alot of good valuable help and the videos are to short get rid of the music and have someone take the time to SPEAK and go through each and every set up. I'd like to recommend your product to alot of people thus increasing your sales but I just can't at this point

hello, The boot mode for iOS and Android system are different:
1. For iOS system: when gamepad is off, preess Y Home key to boot gamepad, and LED2 light will flash on iOS mode.
2. For Android system: when gamepad is off, preess A Home key to boot gamepad, and LED1 light will flash on Android mode.
If you press Y Home to boot gamepad for Android device, the gamepad will not compatibile with your device, just turn off gamepad then press correct boot mode to turn on it.
