- If you had your facebook ad account or business manager hacked - maybe you even got banned in the process like I did - here's the solution that worked for me.
I'm posting this as an update to a video I made about a year ago after my Facebook business manager, ad accounts and business pages got hacked and we got banned from Facebook advertising.

The good news is: where there is a will there is a way.
This video gives the long term solutions that worked for me after I lost my business manager & ad accounts to hackers and Facebook said they would not help me get them back.
I'll share the short term solutions and also what we're doing now to protect ourselves in the future.

In your new system, you show the Pages to be out of the Business Manager but connected to it somehow . How does this work? Do the pages stay out of any Business manager in general and get connected only with an ad account?

How did you get Facebook to help you get the hackers out? I have submitted over 50 tickets over the past 2 weeks and have either had them just straight up closed, or they say they will investigate and then literally never reply.

My account was hacked few days ago and I tried to regain access but the hacked changed my email and phone. This video wasn’t helpful. Big thankfully to the expert for the full support octagon fix & I’m worried to looked their website name online.❤

Hey man, what do you think about having your pixel inside your bm but running ads from an agency ad account? Instead of creating a new bm or buying one to run ads from, you run the ads from an agency’s ad account hosted by their Business Manager. What are your thoughts on this?
that's fine as long as you have it very clear who owns the data inside that ad account
I've seen a lot of situations where someone has an agency running ads from their business manager, they end the agency relationship and the agency keeps the ad account. Meaning you have to start from scratch in a new ad account. Ideally you want to have it clear that you own that and if they stop managing your ads you still own the account
