When I look at this it made me think of several things: 1. People felt bad for her because she sounds like Penny off Good Times 2. Us older women need to do more to prevent our younger sisters from digging themselves into a deep hole like this at such a young age 3. We need to teach our young ladies that a “long term relationship” is not the same as marriage 4. Kendra is right, MOST people are not seeking a single parent with multiple kids by different people. The best thing that you can do is stay on birth control until you’re married because it’s much harder to get that ring once you’re walking around with a bunch of kids from a bunch of men. 5. Saying that the fathers are not a factor because they’re not in the picture is just as bad as having baby daddy drama. Those kids may potentially have abandonment issues that the new person would have to be willing to work through.
There is a direct correlation between the people that are never ready/constantly distracted when the call starts and the state of their lives. This needs to be discussed more.
She was so young becoming a mother. It sounds like she was trying to make adult decisions without the maturity it takes to make sure those decisions were healthy for her. It sounds like she's learned how to discern better in some ways, but is still on that journey. She seems really sweet. I've married and raised another man's children, and for me it wasn't a good decision. I put my best effort forward, gave them every opportunity, provided a home, opportunity, education, and all the things I did equally for my own children. Their grandmother reminded them every chance she could that I wasn't their real father, their mother said nothing, they became rebellious, and had to go along with my wife who started acting out with them. She never allowed me to actually discipline her boy's and it showed. I'm not saying my story is true for all, but when a person says they don't want your input on what happens in a home you're supporting, that's a Big Damn Red Flag🚩
Fam, it’s always the grandmother! I have an ex back in the day who mother passed early. The grandfather had passed away years before. These old ladies hate the thought of being alone. And they view a solid man as competition to their lifeline. I stayed in that situation too long. These days if a woman has negative close family and friends I back out gracefully.

I got married about 5 years later and they was at my wedding upset. She was my wife’s cousin. Their grandmas were sisters but they didn’t mess with each other because one was a “bitter bitch” and they lived in different towns. I asked security to escort them out and my wife’s grandma talked about that day till the day she passed. 😂😂

My mom use to try to give her input on my husband when it came to the children. I had 1 child prior to our relationship. His mama was always giving unwanted input too. But we did it our way and my first daughter is a daddy’s girls because of my husband. She adores him to pieces and he has had her since she was 2. She is 20 now and she said if her future husband had a child she would love his children the way her daddy loved her. She said she never felt loved differently than our other 2 children together. He is an amazing man. I am so thankful to have him in my life and I pray we have forever to go.

I dated a girl who had two kids- and she allowed her kids to run around while eating ( dropping food and eating food dropped on the floor) instead of sitting down and eating their food, allowed her 4 year old sleep in the bed with her while I was there, babied her kids. You right! I saw a guy earlier today when I was walking home & he looked like a true thug (in which he has been in jail a few times). Nonetheless I started to think of his mom. She had 4 sons (1st son at 15, 2nd son at 17; 3rd at 23ish & 4th at 26ish). Of the 4; 2 have been in jail & the oldest (I dated briefly) & was in legal troubles when I met him for counterfeit money. The youngest & the 2nd to the youngest (whom I saw earlier) was both born prematurely & both have learning disabilities but the youngest have noticeably body abnormalities. I say all that to say, their mom was super young with these kids & tell this day she’s not married. **side note; I also thought about the fact she never protected herself AFTER the 1st child. Oh & ALL her kids are by different men.

4. Kendra is right, MOST people are not seeking a single parent with multiple kids by different people. The best thing that you can do is stay on birth control until you’re married because it’s much harder to get that ring once you’re walking around with a bunch of kids from a bunch of men.
5. Saying that the fathers are not a factor because they’re not in the picture is just as bad as having baby daddy drama. Those kids may potentially have abandonment issues that the new person would have to be willing to work through.

I put my best effort forward, gave them every opportunity, provided a home, opportunity, education, and all the things I did equally for my own children. She never allowed me to actually discipline her boy's and it showed. My mom use to try to give her input on my husband when it came to the children. I had 1 child prior to our relationship. His mama was always giving unwanted input too. But we did it our way and my first daughter is a daddy’s girls because of my husband. She adores him to pieces and he has had her since she was 2. She is 20 now and she said if her future husband had a child she would love his children the way her daddy loved her. She said she never felt loved differently than our other 2 children together. He is an amazing man. I am so thankful to have him in my life and I pray we have forever to go.

By definition, I am a single "baby-mother"...to 1. I honestly can't comprehend how all these women don't learn from the 1st one. I haven't been pregnant since birthing my son. I feel the same. And I'm in the same boat, with having 1 child who is 14 years old. But i also don't look to or want to date. I think sometimes the true struggle of raising the child solo and providing everything (I didn't receive child support nor was he in my son's life) teaches you not to make those mistakes again. You right! I saw a guy earlier today when I was walking home & he looked like a true thug (in which he has been in jail a few times). Nonetheless I started to think of his mom. She had 4 sons (1st son at 15, 2nd son at 17; 3rd at 23ish & 4th at 26ish). Of the 4; 2 have been in jail & the oldest (I dated briefly) & was in legal troubles when I met him for counterfeit money. The youngest & the 2nd to the youngest (whom I saw earlier) was both born prematurely & both have learning disabilities but the
youngest have noticeably body abnormalities. I say all that to say, their mom was super young with these kids & tell this day she’s not married.

Also males have the capacity to SA and just take it. If it could be taken at any point against our will then NO we don’t have control access to it.
