Hi Megan, I've been on a reverse diet fir several months after about 29 years of anorexia nervosa. I have been weight training with a PT too and have built some muscle and because my weight was soooo low, I've also put on fat too. That's okay, but now I'm actually about 41kg from 32kg, I want to minimise any further fat gain. How can I do this? Also, I'm never actually hungry even though I do weights as hard as I can most days of the week as well as a littlelight cardio (I don't have any signs of overtraining though?) I don't know why with this much activity I never ever feel hungry. Does this mean my metabolism isn't budging?
Intensity is the point I missed. Half ass workouts. The day I started training to failure, I started noticing change. Great video 👏🏼
Thank you
