Hey sis! WOW!!! 100% ?!! That is so exciting! You are is a very rare jewel... Lol! Thanks for watching and thanks for the info! Make sure to subscribe because I am going to do more ancestry videos and updates on my findings from WeGene!
I am indian and found it surprising you are only 8% south asian. Siddi/Habshi people came from africa to india 1400 years ago and many are now 50% indian, but usually look less indian than you. I have even seen full indians who look less indian than you.
Wow... That is sure interesting... I just got my wegene results and it clarifies what part of south asian my ancestors came from! Thanks for watching and subscribe to get notified when I post my next video!!
The Indian in you is very strong , I have noticed that people who come up south Asian lineage , doesn't matter how small it is , have striking Indian features . Indian DNA seems to be really strong.
Interesting, thanks for sharing your results. That Indian percentage really shows in your phenotype. Regarding Central Asia, it's different to the "Middle-east", Central-Asia comprises of those countries with the "Stans"; Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and sometimes parts of Afghanistan. They're right above India and many Indians carry ancestry from Central Asia as a result of the Mughal empire that ruled over India for a few centuries and built structures like the Taj Mahal.
ayuana bradford No, everyone has Euro blood and doesn't know where it comes from. It has everything to do with their ancestors being raped, but she's lucky.

If one parent is Trinidadian, you likely have blood from India. Its that simple. Trinidad's ethnic majority is of Indian Descent and most trinidadians have induan blood (37% east Indian ethnic identity ppl + 25%mixed race people + a significant %who identity as ageo Trinidadian are in fact actually mixed).
I am happy you are proud of your lineage to the Motherland and am glad you traced your past. I wish all of us black brothers and sisters would be proud of our ethnicity and ancestry. Knowing that I have a strong Caribbean background, I know that my African ancestry will be deep
I do genealogy and have for years. While it's true that European blood could be from what you suggest, and we know that did happen, there were actually many cases where interracial couples were in love and had families. Many African men and European women. I've seen it time and time again as early as the 1600s. Just wanted to share that! 😃
This is so interesting and educationally intriguing. I am surprised that there was no European DNA found in your test. WOW! I thought most people from the Caribbean was part European. I was shocked that my aunt's DNA showed only African and Native American, but no European genes because she is so very light skinned and has a straight nose. Even her children are very light skinned. Her youngest son looked like a white baby when he was born because he was born with very fair skin, blue eyes, and red hair. His eyes eventually changed to green as he grew older, and his father (my aunt's husband) is also Black, by the way. Then my mother told me I was born with blonde streaks in my hair, which eventually grew out, as my hair is naturally dusty brown which looks dirty to me, if I don't put oil moisturizers on it. She told me the blonde hair comes from my father's side, which explained why my aunt's and my DNA tests were so different. Okay, so the reason I was shocked is because my DNA test showed European, and I am darker than my aunt. I actually thought they made a mistake and asked to retake the test. However I learned that we do not get 50% genes from each of our parents alone. In fact, we get 1/4th from each of our parents, and 1/8th from each of our grandparents which sometimes pass down from four generations back. So, once I had my daughter I realized that my DNA test was not a mistake because my daughter also looked like a white baby and was also born with blue eyes that turned green, and her hair started growing in blonde by the time she was two months old. So, it turns out that I carry the recessive genes (genotype) of my paternal grandfather (fair skin, blonde hair, and green eyes) and my maternal great-grandfather (blue eyes, as my maternal grandmother had bluish-gray eyes). However I look like both of my grandmothers who were darker complexioned (phenotype). Unfortunately, you are correct in my case, the European genes depict African slave ancestry, in addition to my paternal grandfather who was British and my paternal grandmother who was Hispanic (also African ancestry).
It’s funny people keep saying she looks so Indian and has Indian features. To me her beautiful features look Nigerian. This woman is flawless. My family is Jamaican and Puerto Rican. My wife is Pakistani. Also noticed the huge debate about color of Indian people. My wife says although the skin color does vary, the majority is darker skinned people. From light brown, brown, dark brown, to really dark. She also said depends on region. Lastly I had to watch this video several times to listen because first few times I just looked at how beautiful this woman is. Lol My wife says she sees some Indian in her features though. We took DNA tests and we find the results are better when more family members do it.
I new you had to have a good amount of South Asian in your results as soon as I saw the Trinidad flag. Trinidad of all the Caribbean Islands have the highest percentage of South Asian admixture while Jamaica has the Chinese admix. Also the Indian is very evident in your appearance. Great results and thanks for sharing.
ann mclaughlin The fulani people are fairer skinned (generally) because they traveled from Israel centuries ago. Don't quote me on the lineage; that's what I learned from different sources.
sekhmet2011 lol I am pure Fulani and with a caramel complexion however not all fulani's are light skin believe me. To recognise a Fulani you have to look at the facial features. don't know about that Israel bit😂
I'm surprised as I thought you were half Indian half black :O. I didn't expect such a high African percentage, and I glad about your Nigerian percentage since I'm fully Nigerian! Nice results!
Awesome results. 86% African over here, 32% Nigerian. 62% of my genetic makeup comes from 16+ countries between America, Africa and Europe. Meaning 62% of my genetics are in small segments of less than 14%, only Nigeria at 32% is dominant in my genes. Certain British West Indian Caribbeans have maintained their strong African genetic ties. I thank my Bajan(Barbadian) ancestors for my strong 86%. I truly enjoy your spirit on this channel, please do videos on your beautiful healthy hair and skin regimen, you have such a natural glow, I would love to know how you maintain it with a busy lifestyle and schedule. Thank you for this video.
Aww you are beyond sweet!! I will definitely do more beauty videos in the near future. BTW... Make sure to subscribe and look out for my new videos.. My channel is new so I am still trying to nail done my "theme". Also I will have a clothing haul up in the next day!!! Take care and thanks for the support!!
+Marie Bethel- As you may know, 'God' is a very touchy internet subject in this era. But i agree, (for whatever that's worth), we were SUPPOSED to follow Him. Nice name Miss Marie! God bless you always. -Jeff
Welcome to your African Ancestry! As an African from the motherland, I can say that you’re Bantu from West Africa (Nigeria/Benin/Togo). The Bantu people migrated from around Cameroon many many years ago through Congo into Eastern, South Eastern and Southern Africa
No. I am from Kenya in East Africa. I am from a Nilotic group called the Kalenjiin. We are known for the running gene. Most of the Kenyan olympic distance athletes are Kalenjiin. However, we have many Bantu tribes here. Up to two thirds of Kenyan tribes are Bantu
Wow, how many Africans have you seen, 5? I suggest you do research on the many African tribes and you will see so much beauty and diversity. People are so ignorant in the age of information - how!?
Michele Antoinette, I just received my results and had no European. My results are 88% sub Saharan, 8% Indeginous American and 4% Middle Eastern. I was surprised as well, after seeing so many African American results.
Just clicking on this to mention Kampala, Uganda Africa. I was introduced by a colleague who relocated there to teach various musical instruments and bands through the MLISADA organization. Over the years, i came to know some of the most wonderful people ever. The spirit in that area is the way i wish it was here in the USA. The stories of overcoming hardships can make some of us feel ashamed at times! I have worked in the Carrabean almost forty yeas ago, before it was 'developed'. If only i were young again, Kampala Uganda would be on my HUG list! Peace*****
In addition, i know US troops that have returned from war in parts of Africa. 'Mainstream news' does not report on many of these things. The continent of Africa has a lot going on; culture, nature, arts etc. I believe Africa was originally a part of what we now know as 'old Mesopotamia'. Amazing how the lands drifted and came together over the millennia. As far as slavery, many of the old tribal leaders would sell some of their people off in exchange for 'things'. And in ways, things are still the same, only different for too many children and other people. Haiti is a perfect example of this. I hope and pray that the world re-initiates the qualities in which the 'civilized world' designates the responsibilities and qualities of 'leadership' in the future.
Lol Nigerian territory doesn't mean anything, Nigeria is a British creation. I could also day that part of the Nigeria is Benin/Togo or even Cameroon ancestry. The truth it's that there is a genetic continuity between Coastal West Africa and Central Africa and even two "Nigerian" groups can be closer to groups behind the borders than their own countrymen (Yoruba in Benin, Efik in Cameroon...)
I’m half Trini and half Puerto Rican. My results are 36% sub Saharan African, 30% south Asian, 27% European, %4-5% Native American with a little Pacific Islander/north African in the mix
Great results! At first glance I could see some Asia south with in your facial features.. sure enough you have some in your DNA results.. much blessings and thanks for sharing
I'm happy and proud of you making your video of 29.4.2017. You have an examplary attitude towards the issue. You're 100 % proud of all your inheritance. And interested to thoroughly educate yourselves of all those countries where your ancestors originate. You where there a good role model for any person of any race. If we even can tell the race of us all. Maybe colour we can state, and culture. A race is a more fuzzy issue. Greetings from Finland, from a guy almost as white as it gets. Yet some call us Finns non-Europeans :) Well long time ago, after the last ice age our ancestors came from Asia, like behind the Caspian Sea. First north, then followed the ice edge west. And in Europe, we've been mixed with the Scandinavians, like Swedes, for about 1/4. And a bit with others. So we're quite a rare case. Now global flows brings any dna to our capital and some other cities. Well, we are a people of 5 million, a drop in the ocean. As wet as all the other drops, and as important. Care your race. What ever you may face. There are often many in you, many races, many faces in the family tree. Some shared love, some shared hate. But whatever their fate, they gave us life ...for that we can strife. Love to fight for that. Let not the night hit you flat. Love won over your ancestors fails. For he's God, and he prevails. so we may live and thrive. To give to the wise and fool, to feel alive, and to spill love's triumph to the full fill.
I have not done mine yet due to the fact that I am scared to face the fact that slavery happened. It's too painful for me to face but I know by my skin color and features that there is going to be significant European DNA within me. Your results are truly awesome.
I was so right. Your first video i predicted you would have benin/togo as the highest percentage. I noticed Trinidadians get mostly benin togo. You have very black hair (black people can have black hair too i know) it made me guess indian also due to the fact that some of you Caribbeans get South Asian. i speculated you would be less than 5% white cuz most of you don't have white that includes you. I speculated you would be 90% African and i was close (87% is close to 90%). I'M GOOD AT THIS GAME.
BIZOU BRAZZA its so funny i get mistaken for trini all the time and when i did this test, benin/togo popped up as my highest percent african country. I wonder if thats why im always thought to be trini 🤔😂
I looked up what the women look like from Benin and Togo and they look like me and people from my family!!! So I believe there is definitely a connection!!
BIZOU BRAZZA Trinidadian people in general will have Indian in them because half of our population is indian. trinidad is very diverse I'm African (black), Chinese, and Indian
Another Trini chiming in; I'm 76% african, 12.9% south asian, and the bit left is British/iIrish. I don't think I look anything other than black lol, but I know as a trini, my mix is not that surprising :) Thanks for sharing your video with us!
I just got my results back and I am 96% African and 36% Nigerian 19% Mali 16% Senegal and 13% Cameroon Congo- 5% Bingo Togo And the rest is too much for me to put on here. But I am truly happy and blessed with my results...
Yay!!! I really feel like my top African country will be Benin Togo.. lol I said it to myself South Asia when I watched your first video. So that didn't surprise me either. Glad you got yours..
They break down all groups on Wegene, but are very specific and great with the Asian and Native American (both of Mongoloid race) groupings. They are an Asian based company.
Awesome! I understand about the complete picture it provides. One friend ridiculed me for taking the test, but it makes me me! And it's exciting to put science to the oral history of my family.
YES!!! Do you boo!! Some people have serious issues with it but you gotta do what feel right to you... I love science too.. People who have a problem with it seriously just don't understand the science behind it. Thank you so much for watching!
Every American with majority West African ancestry seems to get 1-2% Bantu - I like to imagine there was some Bantu guy back in history who was 'Mr Lover Lover' running around Nigeria making a babies in every village!
your imagination needs some help. You are wrong. A good portion of the Bantu came orginally from the souht of Nigeria to southern African. And as far as african americans and bantu ancestry, many many Bantu people from Cameroon, Congo, Angola, were sold to the United States.
You should do another test on DNAFamilyTree.com. These ancestry dna only tests your maternal lineage. DNA FT combines BOTH of your lineages, father and mother. Your results will be different once you combine both sides. It only costs $69. It also connects you to distant cousins/relatives who've taken the test as well.
These are autosomal test. Picks up ancestry from both parents, all grandparents, etc. Regardless of the tester's gender. This wasn't a lineage/haplogroup test....
So the stereotype is wrong, u don't have to have any European blood to have a pointy nose, she has no European blood and look at her features, so that proves that the stereotype is a lie, she mostly African and her nose isn't wide at all, she's almost 90 percent African, gorgeous........
You are absolutely RADIANT! And, I'm so happy for you that your family managed to avoid at least one of the most negative aspects of the diasporic experience.
So cool! Now that you have your ancestry results, you can actually import them to us and we can tell you all about your health in a vitality guide! We can test all your vitamin levels, if you're sensitive to gluten/dairy/etc. All about what your body needs to thrive!
from this video I would have guessed you were more east African though... Sudanese, Eritrea, Ethiopian... but since you are Caribbean then West African makes sense and mixed with Asian def! beautiful!
Factually East Africans of today are different from those at the time of slavery, so even if there was East African ancestry which I doubt because they shipped as slaves like west Africans
Cat Rimer Many Horner's have a similar mix with this lady except that they have Middle Eastern ancestry rather than Indian. The original Horner's were Black just like West Africans with a slightly different phenotype.
Benin Togo has a VERY rich history. I studied our history in colkrhe and my professor was of that ethnic mix straight from there! How cool is that! Truly descended from TRUE AFRICAN QUEEN'S!
I think you kinda look like a darker Patricia Heaton (Deborah from Everybody Loves Raymond). I was born in Canada but my family is from India, and when I saw you here I thought you looked a little bit Indian. You're very lovely by the way - Great Video
Oh! you are too sweet but it is a weave.. Sorry for the confusion!! I will be doing beauty tutorials and hair care routines very soon! Thanks for watching!!
Bianca Kleen Thanks for sharing your results. Also, if your grandfather was full Indian, then your results would be higher than 12%. Each grandparent contributes 25% to your genome. If your grandfather was full, your parent would get approximately 50% of his DNA and then you'd receive approximately half of that (i.e., 25%). Based on the 12%, I surmise he was half Indian (i.e., 50%). The 12% makes sense then your parent would receive approximately 25% and you in turn receive half of that approximately which is equal to 12%.
Great results. You do have a somewhat East Indian appearance. So your 12% Asian, which is roughly equal to one great grandparent, makes sense to me. Also, as I understand it, a typical Nigerian is about 69% Nigerian and about 31% from other nearby African countries, with Benin often being one of those other ones. So I'd say you definitely have a very strong connection to Nigeria and its people.
You look absolutely Yoruba. I'm very sure you are Yoruba. I am Igbo, though, a Nigerian. Benin/Togo are two small countries that share border Nigeria by the West. In the days before the European colonialists created the different countries of Africa as they are today, Benin/Togo were the same people with the Yorubas of Western Nigeria, under the historic Oyo Empire. If you disregard the colonial boundaries, the people of Benin and Togo are the tribe/ethnicity with the Yorubas of Western Nigeria
If you are doing research on your Trinidad ancestry, a good source is property deeds and registered wills, this is where I found the majority of my information.
Just saw your comment on my Ancestory results video, saying you have a video. Very cool mix, from the Trinidad side I already assumed Asia south. I was thinking you'd have some Native though.
You both do look alike, I thought she was Trinidadian because most of them are Indians and that's what she looks like to me. A girl who could pass for a native American Indian
My brother was murdered by a black man, who he didn't know way back in 1975. The black man only did three years in prison. Now, I loved my big brother very much, and even today, my heart hurts with grief at odd moments. He left a tiny girl who grew up missing her daddy. What this black man did was horribly wrong, so judging from the way this young woman and a lot of you feel about white people and their descendants, shouldn't I find that black man's children and grandchildren and try to make them feel shame, remorse, and responsibility for what their father/grandfather did, or should I just forgive what happened because they themselves carry NO SHARE IN HIS SIN?? My family way back long ago never owned a slave! They were Quakers, and they didn't believe in the evil system of slavery, but chose to fight it by helping blacks escape to Canada. They did this at great risk to their own families. They didn't help blacks just to be thanked and put on a pedestal, but because no human should be owned by another human!. The point is that NO PERSON LIVING TODAY, black or white, can pay for what a wicked ancestor did years ago! I am glad that my family chose the path of forgiveness for that black man for murdering my beloved brother. He and his family would be welcome anytime in our homes, and I mean that with all my heart. Let God judge the ancestral sinner, but leave his/her children in peace, like me and my family have done. God bless!
you do look benin togo or indian in your features or even native American my friend is from benin togo and you look very much the same WOW and no European WOW. KOOL. that explains the afro caribbeans link. lol
Great results!! My nose is very similar to yours btw. You actually favor some females in my family. I was born in the U.S. but people constantly think I'm from the Caribbean. I'm starting to see a pattern here. My results show high African ancestry, 5% European and a trace of Pacific Islander, Melanesian ancestry. I believe there's a connection with South East Asia and Melanesia and Polynesia. I have a 2nd Ancestry video up, check it out. Enjoyed watching your video. Great job!
I would like to know the company you used. I have one DNA from a company, that says I'm 82% African, 15.6% European, 1.2% Asian and 1.2% Native American.
Wow...to have no Euro dna...that's a rare thing in the diaspora that resulted from the slave trade...a beautiful thing.
Right!!!!! So rare
Windsingerful it not rare lol I might be 100% black and I'm from America
ayuana bradford It is rare. Just because you have 100% African doesn’t make it less rare😂

12 % Indian, actually. The little bit of central Asian is very common in India, as well as the 1% East Asian.
People don't realize that all phenotypes originate in Africa. Science has proven this more than once.
Most people are saying that you look India, which is true but when I looked at the people from benin/togoyou look very similar to them.
I KNOW!!!!! If you look at my newest video that is what I said!!! Crazy!! Thanks for watching!!

sekhmet2011 lol I am pure Fulani and with a caramel complexion however not all fulani's are light skin believe me.
Thanks for watching!!!
Carl Marx Nigerian and almost all African countries are nothing but lined drawn by Europeans.
Carl Marx y because of her features? That tells you how much u know about Afrikam, nothing!
We are the most diverse human being on this planet.

Bianca Kleen Ok, that sounded gay.
Jama G 😂
I'm weak😂😂😂
I clicked because of your thumbnail. Trini and Vincy Massive!! 🇹🇹🇻🇨
AAAAAYYY!!! Thanks for watching!!!
Welcome to your African Ancestry! As an African from the motherland, I can say that you’re Bantu from West Africa (Nigeria/Benin/Togo). The Bantu people migrated from around Cameroon many many years ago through Congo into Eastern, South Eastern and Southern Africa
Thanks for your perspective. Are you Nigerian?
West Africans are Not Bantu.. Do your research
although dark u have more of south Asian face structure than African.
Thanks for watching!!!
Charlotte McDaniel no she doesn't she look east African youre a grown woman and don't understand your own races phenotypes
Wow, how many Africans have you seen, 5? I suggest you do research on the many African tribes and you will see so much beauty and diversity. People are so ignorant in the age of information - how!?
There are also many dark skinned south Asians.
The original Asians were black.. let's be clear.
I Saw The Vincy Flag (St.Vincent) And Clicked right away!!! Big up St.Vincent And Your St.vincent Parent!!!
*i came here because the thumbnail was of this gorgeous girl just full of beauty you are💗...*
Wow, you are too sweet!! Thanks for watching and make sure to subscribe for more ancestry updates!!
Bianca Kleen *anytime beautiful💗😘..*
I definitely thought you have some South Asian and more specifically South Indian. You have some phenotypical South Indian looks.
you have like no european...cool, strange.
Michele Antoinette She's lucky! She had no struggle gene blood!
Benin/Togo could also be Nigeria as a lot of that was Nigerian territory
Bro you are tri racial 💀
Mentions slavery: kid be like: I ain't having non of that negative story proceeds to walk out. adorable
Great results! At first glance I could see some Asia south with in your facial features.. sure enough you have some in your DNA results.. much blessings and thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching!!!
ok pretty af.......I see u!
Thanks for watching!!!
I'd be willing to watch u wash dishes.....ur husband is lucky man #ucantellhimisaid
Lol... well thank you!!
I'm happy and proud of you making your video of 29.4.2017.
You have an examplary attitude towards the issue.
You're 100 % proud of all your inheritance.
And interested to thoroughly educate yourselves
of all those countries where your ancestors originate.
You where there a good role model for any person of any race.
If we even can tell the race of us all. Maybe colour we can state,
and culture. A race is a more fuzzy issue.
Greetings from Finland, from a guy almost as white as it gets.
Yet some call us Finns non-Europeans :)
Well long time ago, after the last ice age our ancestors came from Asia,
like behind the Caspian Sea. First north, then followed the ice edge west.
And in Europe, we've been mixed with the Scandinavians, like Swedes,
for about 1/4. And a bit with others. So we're quite a rare case.
Now global flows brings any dna to our capital and some other cities.
Well, we are a people of 5 million, a drop in the ocean.
As wet as all the other drops, and as important.
Care your race. What ever you may face.
There are often many in you,
many races, many faces
in the family tree.
Some shared love, some shared hate.
But whatever their fate, they gave us life
...for that we can strife. Love to fight for that.
Let not the night hit you flat.
Love won over your ancestors fails.
For he's God, and he prevails.
so we may live and thrive.
To give to the wise and fool,
to feel alive,
and to spill
love's triumph to the full fill.
I cant wait to get my results. My parents are from the Caribbean 👍
BIZOU BRAZZA lol yes you are!!! If you watch enough of these you start to see a pattern!
BIZOU BRAZZA im trini and if i get similar results then your guessing game must be on point
BIZOU BRAZZA Trinidadian people in general will have Indian in them because half of our population is indian. trinidad is very diverse I'm African (black), Chinese, and Indian
so what did the other DNA labs show?
Another Trini chiming in; I'm 76% african, 12.9% south asian, and the bit left is British/iIrish. I don't think I look anything other than black lol, but I know as a trini, my mix is not that surprising :) Thanks for sharing your video with us!
Wowsers!!! fairly similar to me! Thanks for watching!!
I just got my results back and I am 96% African and 36% Nigerian 19% Mali 16%
Senegal and
13% Cameroon Congo- 5% Bingo Togo
And the rest is too much for me to put on here. But I am truly happy and blessed with my results...
Yay!!! I really feel like my top African country will be Benin Togo.. lol I said it to myself South Asia when I watched your first video. So that didn't surprise me either. Glad you got yours..
Also use wegene it will break down the Asian country your DNA is from
WEGENE!!!! Yes!!! I will definitely do a video on that!! Very interesting stuff! Thanks for watching!
Depths Of My Soul yes it is free. They have the Asian version which is all in Chinese and they have an English version on their site.
They break down all groups on Wegene, but are very specific and great with the Asian and Native American (both of Mongoloid race) groupings. They are an Asian based company.
jkbezo yeah I already inputted my data into wegene and yeah it gave me more clarity on the "Asian" side.
😅😂
What DNA test did you use?
Ancestry DNA... I just did a video on my wegene results tho!
This wasn't a lineage/haplogroup test....
jkbezo I read somewhere that they only do maternal, which is why i went with familytreedna. i stand corrected.
Yeah my south asian ancestry is from my father's side so it would have to be able to pick up more than maternal lineage!...
Welcom sister I am a Nigerian living in Trinidad. It is good to know you are from my Country....
So the stereotype is wrong, u don't have to have any European blood to have a pointy nose, she has no European blood and look at her features, so that proves that the stereotype is a lie, she mostly African and her nose isn't wide at all, she's almost 90 percent African, gorgeous........
Im Trinidadian 🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹 too
You are absolutely RADIANT! And, I'm so happy for you that your family managed to avoid at least one of the most negative aspects of the diasporic experience.
"Bianca is like the Afrocentric Asian: half-woman, half-amazin'"
Half- woman, half awesome
So cool! Now that you have your ancestry results, you can actually import them to us and we can tell you all about your health in a vitality guide! We can test all your vitamin levels, if you're sensitive to gluten/dairy/etc. All about what your body needs to thrive!
Thanks!!!
@@FourthHouseAstrologywas they able to find any long lost relatives from Africa or from Asia?
trinbago is a melting pot we are mixed beyond our own imagination ....
love more the majority is just plain black though. Of African descent. The mixed part is the minority
The majority are Indian or Black.
@@NaturallyHigh this comment has been reported for spam
How do you do this test? What is it called?
from this video I would have guessed you were more east African though... Sudanese, Eritrea, Ethiopian... but since you are Caribbean then West African makes sense and mixed with Asian def! beautiful!
Cat Rimer Bo She looks like Fuluni people
Factually East Africans of today are different from those at the time of slavery, so even if there was East African ancestry which I doubt because they shipped as slaves like west Africans
This was so cute!
Hey love your personality!! New subscriber!
I have Asia South and Polynesian DNA, too.
I’m trini-American here from nyc. 42% Nigerian vía heritage dna 13% English
im a wannabe vincentian 😢. i just love their culture so much
Whatever the results are..you’re beautiful and glowing sis!
I think you kinda look like a darker Patricia Heaton (Deborah from Everybody Loves Raymond).
I was born in Canada but my family is from India, and when I saw you here I thought you looked a little bit Indian.
You're very lovely by the way - Great Video
Aww.. Thank you! And thanks for watching!!!
87% African
12% Asian (most likely Indian/Desi ancestry)
1% Pacific Islander
Can you do a hair care routine because your hair is gorgeous?!
Oh! you are too sweet but it is a weave.. Sorry for the confusion!! I will be doing beauty tutorials and hair care routines very soon! Thanks for watching!!
Bianca Kleen thanks for being honest you are beautiful and it looks like your hair .
Great results! Thanks for sharing my Sister🙌🏽
You're 100% GORGEOUS :) You have a very exotic and unique look like myself, go head!
This is a great video. You're so excited and have so much energy reviewing your results. It's great!
Did you know you'd be mostly black with Asian heritage? You got a nice look yo!
John Wick yes!!! My grandfather was part Indian but since I had such a high percentage I am thinking he could have been full.
I haven't been able to do the math on that.. yes that is correct.
Bianca Kleen Also, I may have not caught it, but where in the Caribbean is your family from?
001islandprincess St. Vincent & Trinidad
Did you use ancestry dna? Or what other companies did you use? Also have you been able to locate any long lost family members?
Great results. You do have a somewhat East Indian appearance. So your 12% Asian, which is roughly equal to one great grandparent, makes sense to me. Also, as I understand it, a typical Nigerian is about 69% Nigerian and about 31% from other nearby African countries, with Benin often being one of those other ones. So I'd say you definitely have a very strong connection to Nigeria and its people.
King Femmo that percentage is closer to one great grandparent.
Wow thanks for that insight!!! And thank you for watching!!
Bianca Kleen Thank you for posting.
King Femmo ah yes☺. I believe this lady look very beautiful West African, like Fulani, rather than Indian.
Jenna, thank you. I wish the world could see more of the diverse beauty of African women, especially West Africans.
If you disregard the colonial boundaries, the people of Benin and Togo are the tribe/ethnicity with the Yorubas of Western Nigeria
very pretty u look East African that was my first guess
no she doesn't
Andrea seg yes she does
She looks sudanic which is why I assume her benin and togo and nigerian heritage must be from the northern regions
I thought she would maybe be Ethiopian
Tonisha Ram she looks ife and indian, Indian= big eyes
Ife= long skinny nose that flares up.
If you are doing research on your Trinidad ancestry, a good source is property deeds and registered wills, this is where I found the majority of my information.
Your results had 0% European dna?! Fascinating!
I know crazy huh?
Loved it! Thank you for sharing.
Thank YOU for watching!
You are so welcome ☺
You look Indian.
Just saw your comment on my Ancestory results video, saying you have a video. Very cool mix, from the Trinidad side I already assumed Asia south. I was thinking you'd have some Native though.
I think we sorta look alike hehe
I see it!!! I never see anyone that looks like me so that is cool! LOL!! Thanks for watching sis! 😉
You both do look alike, I thought she was Trinidadian because most of them are Indians and that's what she looks like to me. A girl who could pass for a native American Indian
Wow, so happy for you! Planning to order my kit soon. And here is your first Nigerian friend😊
AWWW!!! Thanks!!! How exciting!!! Seriously getting this info has been so fulfilling, you will love it!
Oh and don't forget to subscribe!!! I am going to do a few follow ups!!
God bless!
Sandra Truster a certain group continues to benefit from the sins of their ancestors.
Wonderful video! Ancestry has updated our results recently!
wait.. i saw a baby lol
I really wanna know my ethnicities. I am mexican and american for sure but i know there's a lot more that would be interesting. Does it cost a lot?
I'm sorry that answer not clear...I purchased the kit from Ancestry.com for $99... Thanks for watching!
you do look benin togo or indian in your features or even native American my friend is from benin togo and you look very much the same WOW and no European WOW. KOOL. that explains the afro caribbeans link. lol
Thanks for sharing, very interesting!
Wow...no Euro. Dat's wassup. Nice results. My 3 highest were Nigeria at 24, Benin/Togo at 19 & Mali at 16. Have a great day, Beautiful.
Great job!
henry lockett yeah I definitely will take a look.. make sure to subscribe and look out for my follow up videos with my DNA land results
Ok, will do.
You look so exotic
I would like to know the company you used. I have one DNA from a company, that says I'm 82% African, 15.6% European, 1.2% Asian and 1.2% Native American.
Yay for no Euro blood woot! Lol
Great Vid and DNA Results.
I see the Asia south. although u dark u look like indianish more so than african
Just know guys indian is not an ethnicity it’s a nationality ! Before anyone comes to tell me different do your research. I’m Punjabi xx
