finally got to hear mostenire’s voice after all these years It’s great to see this project still get developed. Our community isn’t exactly great at delivering projects on time compared to other games but it’s still great to see more content. Why I stopped playing Hotline Miami was because I genuinely started to find the game really outdated and janky; the crosshair felt terribly wavy and the fps was always stuck at 60 so aiming sucked, and like you said the core gameplay didn’t exactly promote aggressiveness. Arguably all these terrible optimization in HLM2 was why I had wrist pain problems later on because I had to accommodate so much to the game’s jankiness by death gripping my mouse, which led to me completely losing interest now. All these complaints are unorthodox and weird I know, but that was my struggle. OTXO was definitely more optimized and aiming felt better there which was great, but the game’s a roguelite which isn’t exactly what I’m looking for. I’m hoping when 1900-Cult comes out it’ll revitalize my love for Hotline Miami I previously had, while kinda matching the standards of optimization indie games are having in this day and age.
long time no talk man lmao. yeah hotline 2 is very dear to me but it's undeniably jank as hell (and still somehow less jank than hotline 1). seriously excited to not have to hold shift all the time.
This is like Antibirth of Hotline Miami. I've seen so much cool stuff about 1-900-CULT but turns out it wasn't even the FRACTION of content and features it had up it's sleeve. Big Respect to Danny Judas and his team. Fucking dying to try out Wrong Editor too, looks soo much more flexible than the original one That's why I always come back to this game. The community is just too good
@@Mostenire This guy made a video on Hotline Miami Redux that showed all the bugs and bad game designs in the mod (Game was litterally unplayable with this mod, example tension cannot be passed because author of the mode named sprite of object in the code wrong or sprite didn't existed, I don't remember properly) but liked idea of the mode and decided to make his own Redux based on original Redux, and called it Hotline Miami Redux-Redux. (Too many Reduxes)
FINALLY, SOMEONE TALKING ABOUT 1-900-CULT AND NOT MIDNIGHT ANIMAL
The Death and Resurrection of Hortline Marmi
When release?
It's all over my screen

Hotline Miami has one of the most underrated modding scenes ever.
Don't scare me like that! I thought the game came out on Steam.
Oh it’s been on my wishlist for a while, don’t you worry!
The Devs should take some inspiration from intravenous 2 for the andy character.
Mostenire, you evil evil man, I thought 1 900 cult was already out.

Nah it's too complicated. Hotline Miami Redux-Redux is a more enjoyable hotline miami passion project
Passion?
@DannyJudasDev i hope it is. I hope they haven't spent that much money on a flop designed for a niche community
@ Spent that much money?
@DannyJudasDev spent that much money?
