My CAD GXL1200 out of the box is virtually indistinguishable from an Oktava MC-012 in side-by-side A/B comparisons. It’s a fairly flat/neutral frequency response, but that’s what I want. I see no reason to go to the trouble of a mod unless there is evidence of failure.
there is a diffrence in the sound of the mics it's called 10 inches from your mouth and upside down. I dont understand why you made the video with no real before and after comparison.
Hi sr I have this 2 mics, GXL 2200 sounds Metálic even GXL1200 sounds better for voice , If I do this in gxl-2200 am I gona reduce the Metálic Sound? Thank you
