I always roleplay as an elder when i don't feel like roleplaying any complicated roles. My elder OC is always grumpy and doesn't like telling stories to kits.But i had a group and there was a drama between some of the elders so now i have a story to tell to apprentices just scare them a bit

Can you give some tips for roleplaying with a injured leg? Please and thank you!!!
Ooo! Injured legs or limbs are pretty easy to learn! For one when your are roleplaying an oc with a injured limb, they tend to limp or falter when they walk as they only have 3 good limbs. If your oc has two injured back legs, (ex. their legs were crushed) they usually drag themselves with their forepaws. But in general don't move much. Ocs with an injured leg don't need to rely on others a lot. Injured ocs usually go to the med a lot for pains or aches due to their injured leg. Somedays your leg should hurt more than other. Also when you are typing out actions it is fairly simple, for one use the regular vocabulary of an elder. But also stray away from words that indicated you are perfectly fine. Or in simple terms, don't neglect the existence of your injury. For example instead of saying: "The elderly she-cat walked slowly behind the warrior." you could use, "The elderly she-cat limped slowly behind the warrior, faltering every few steps." This will emphasize your elders injury, and make it more prominent! Hope this helped!

Ive been thinking about making a deaf wcue oc, but i have zero experience with role playing as a deaf charcater. Do you have any advice? :'D
Deaf ocs can be a bit tricky, but for one when your roleplaying with a deaf oc they typically rely on their sense of smell the most. They can scent cats around them or say a danger is near they can scent whatever the creature is. Deaf ocs don't need to rely on others as much as blind ocs but it is good to make sure your deaf oc is a bit more dependent, especially when it comes to trying to figure out information about what's going on in the clan. Also a suggestion for a blind oc would be to make them good at sensing emotion or things of the similar, as they can't hear things but they can see how others express their emotions! Also stray away from phrases that make indicate hearing and more towards phrases that indicate your lack of hearing. For example instead of saying "The she could slightly hear the kit creeping up behind her" use something more like "The she smelled the scent of a kit from behind her." or "The she felt the vibrations of the kit bouncing behind her."

Any tips for a blind elder rplayer?
Usually for most blind elder roleplays your character should be more dependent on other warriors and the medicine cat for things. As well as try to stray away from using any sight indicating references and use phrases that indicate your blindness. For example instead of saying "The elderly tom turned his head towards the warrior" say something like "The elderly tom turned his head towards the voice of the warrior." Also, even if the elder is blind they aren't completely helpless so they usually know the layout of the camp if not they at least have some format of it down. Blind elders or just blind cats in general also reply more on their sense of smell and their hearing. So rather than using sight as your main sense, your elder could or should be good at hearing, and or smelling things.

If you have read the books you can use major events from those and either insert yourself or just tell stories about them. That's something I do a lot ^^
@@zzomiez ok! I haven't read through any arcs completely (I get distracted easily 😅) but I know how most of them go. I'm pretty sure using previous rp's as stories is a thing as well(?) So hopefully I get lucky and can build up a story or two.
