I mean lets be honest lots of golfers are rich. I started this year I have 1 golf shirt 1 belt and 2 pairs of shorts I wear for golf.

Love the clothes Eric, however I somehow feel its a contradiction to the say the game is inaccessible, but then to advertise pants at $125, and shirts for $60. I know that may seem reasonable to a lot of us, but to the people that cant afford this kind of stuff, I'm sure it looks a little stuffy to them. Would love to see another episode featuring some more affordable clothing.

We hear you, Nicholas! We will be airing future episodes highlighting items at different price points as well. These items are all a great example of clothing that will never go out of style. We can confidently say that you will be able to wear these items for a long time, as they are built with the longevity to last years.

Uniqlo ezy ankle length dry ex dress pants are also a great alternatives that are super similar to these pants. They are elastic, super comfortable and breathable. They can be taken on and off the course and be used around the office without a single problem
I like All in motion golf attire from Target. Golf shirts at $20, Shorts are $30, and pants are $40. It’s all made with stretchy athletic material that’s pretty comfortable. Only had the stuff for one season so not sure on the longevity but a good buy for people starting out that don’t want to spend a lot.
my back right pocket blew out the stitching on the bottom pretty fast. stitching on the right front pocket also are coming undone. maybe had it like 8 months? great deal for sure, and maybe it's a fluke on my navy pair but man booooo on the AIM golf pants.

Amazon basics pants run you about 18 bucks depending on the day. They stretch, they fit slimly, and they get the job done. $125 for a pair of pants is lunacy, get yourself a new wedge or something... I get that a huge part of the golf market do well for themselves, but there are also a ton of people who can’t drop $100 on a pair of pants. I got 3 pairs in three different colors for under $60. Amazon basics golf pants everybody, you’re welcome.

Alex, I'm happy you brought this up! We understand that price is a legitimate factor for many people, but so is the quality of what you are wearing. If you research further into where your money goes when you buy that $18 pair of pants, you will see that all of that comes at a great cost. Supporting brands like Redvanly, Radda, or Beltology are very important to us at Random Golf Club. These brands have higher prices due to quality construction, and more ethical manufacturing practices. Items like the pants you are suggesting are not going to last and they won't be very comfortable--leading you to have to buy a new pair of pants. While buying an $18 pair of pants from Amazon isn't inherently wrong, it supports many ideals that we do not stand by at Random Golf Club.

I like everything here, but the price is what stuck out to me. I’m used to $50 khakis for American eagle and another $50 polo with a like $25 belt maybe. That’s the only problem for me though.
Was really excited to find a series like this and see more episodes. No update in 2 years though, so guess it wasn’t much of a success.

When it comes to clothes, it’s all about finding a brand that fits you the way you want and there’s no universal fit guide. Not everyone likes a skinny tight fit or even a slim fit. I’ve tried all kinds of pants from $40 - $150+. I own Greyson Montauks in regular and joggers. Love the joggers. I have a bunch of Nike slim fit pants. Got a pair of Lululemon ABC’s, Rhône Commuters, lots of Bonobos and even some Old Navy 5 pocket slim pants. Recently purchased a pair of Stylus (JcPenny brand) pants that I like a lot for $35, even though the rise is a bit low for me to love them. My absolute favorite pairs for golf are my Macade Stretch Chinos and their Lightweight trousers. They run $95-$105. The Redvanly is definitely on my list though.
Yea, accessible golf clothing would be pants for 25, belt for 15, and polo shirt for 20.

Hit up Ross or Marshall’s! I just got some 2 nice pairs of golf pants yesterday for 20 bucks. Polos are usually 15 and belts for like 8. Even if I had the money, I would never pay full price for things I can get at 70% off.

2. You pull these up like they're sweats? No opening at all above the fly? Crazy.
3. If you did a poll, I don't think more than 10% of people would actually take the time to pop the ball into that tiny 5th pocket after every hole.
4. Getting any pair of pants tailored in Brooklyn and Seattle (two recent cities I've lived in) has been ~$60, not $10-20... sounds like you have a hellofa homie in your tailor.

6. $59 for that Radda polo is incredible.
7. $95 for a belt is pretty rough.
8. On less-skinny guys (non 31-waste), I think the 5th pocket pant looks a little less flattering for tucked-in golf 'fits.

I would like to purchase golf pants from Adidas on the Sorts Direct site. But the problem is that I cannot understand their size chart. There is indicated for example 32WR size and 32W R size. There is no space between W and R in the first case (32WR) and the opposite is a space between W and R in the second case (32W R). These are 2 different sizes. Could you please, explain me the meaning of this? My son usually wear S or M size clothes, and I cannot identify which size to choose. Could anyone help me, please?

As a big guy getting golf attire that fits is almost impossible.
You should check out the Lululemon ABC Warpstreme 5 pocket pant. For a similar price of $128, they're the best pants (golf or otherwise) that I've worn.
To anyone watching this vid you really don’t need expensive stuff to golf. I like $30 pants from old navy, $15 dollar polos from costco and a $10 belt on sale at Marshall’s.
Pants that cost 125 smackers better come with a dozen fooking buttons!
The clothes look nice. For me, a little rich for my blood. Sam's Club, Denali Traveler's pants. Stretch fabric, super comfortable, grey, tan, black, and green, $14. Don't laugh until you try a pair. I work in the proshop at a private club and can get pants by Adidas, Footjoy, etc., at cost. I like the Denali's much better.
Wait- this has to the most ironic statement in-conjunction with an image at 4:27 when Erik quotes the maker of Radda shirts "...felt the game was too exclusive..." (cut to Erik wearing a Rolex GMT Explorer II Pepsi-dial as he's wearing his non-exclusive Radda shirt - the watch retails for more than $8K ) then hear Erik say - "...something I can totally get behind." I don't know, I think these are great look pants and belts, all with premium price tags, but unless that's a Pagani Design homage of the Explorer II, I'm going with RGC is pretty exclusive ... The Tin-Cuppers will be wearing the Vostok Kamanderskie GMTs while advertising Target pants, shirts and belts with maybe the RayBan Wayfarers. My point is, everything I just mentioned are things that are inexpensive but do the same as the much higher-priced outfit things shown here. The Vostok Kamanderskie GMT is an automatic GMT with history for under ~$80 at meranom.com and even Amazon and highly regarded and respected even in the most sophisticated horological communities. It maybe a "tractor" when compared to the "Ferrari"-likes of a Rolex, but still, it's a an automatic GMT that has great dimensions- I have nothing to do with Vostok, but want to throw-out out a less-expensive alternative to of the somethings seen here. I agree with the Uniqlo sentiment as well!
Thanks Erik- The Tudor was my gut guess, the snowflakes seemed pretty evident but I went with the Explorer II. Both are awesome watches and out of my league... but I do really like the entire line-up and like the channel! Got my subscribed!

Reasonable pricing.. but the one fit costs over 250 dollars. Worth it if you wear it all the time. But like me, only wear golf stuff when playing the sport. (I dress like a tragic 90s skater/athelete) then thats a lot of doh to throw at one outfit.

Calvin Klein makes some pretty good active pants. Have a couple pairs that I think were less than $30. I'll check out the LuLu ones tho. Thanks! Definitely not paying over $100 for pants I'd wear only a few times a year.

Everything looks great tailored ......... I guess I'm just not your demo with how ridiculous these prices seem.
Great video, but I think the golf sports clothing industry seems rather high priced based on the polyester / Spandix / man-made materisl which are cheap to manufacture and do not have a very long shelf life or wear factor or even easy stain removal w/o damaging aor changing the fabric color. I've worn only cotton and wool from all the higher end brands all my life, and a good pair of Brooks Brothers or Polo pants will last forever. But I understand the advent of non-natural fabrics for sports, it's just the price point does not seem justified for what it is when you see it in person vs a dress pair of wool pants at $150-200.........the same price for man-made appears to be a price gouge. Check the Gap or Bananna Republic who now have "performance pants..i,e. not cotton" and having worn a pair, ($50-90 but always on sale), they look as sporty and classic as some of these micro brands which I feel are just over priced adn hard to look at in person depending on where you live. Like the Rolex GMT!

Erik, Have to admit-this is the first video I stopped half way thru. I understand you have to sell! After all, you have to make a living. But when it's a straight-up JCrew Catalog video without any golf hook-then I'm off to watch something more entertaining. It could have been top 10 what not to where in golf with you as the schill and another guest to play off. Something. Anyways, look forward to the next video. OH. And Prana makes a great pant (yoga) but great for golf. Half the price.
