Hi. I would like to create the DSS file from the rainfall interpolation raster file, however, it always said that "no data" after following the steps. Please help me to solve this problem? I saw that the cell size after interpolation is so small, but I do not know how to change that.

Dear friend I don't know about sufer 14. You have to download the asc2dssGrid tool from above website and use it to convert dss file otherwise i think it will not work other than US territory. hmm another thing for the case of HEC-HMS the grid size should be greater than 400 also. You can check the data error or missing data in Arc GIS also to convert raster to ascii also. Moreover I don't know the exact problem without looking your data, just try or send me your raster file I can check for you.
