    Thank you, I have a Sinus Lift coming up next week, I feel more relaxed watching your video.. I am mainly worried about the sensation of stitching the skin back together because it felt uncomfortable last time i did it. Now I have a 3 tooth gap,, it might be a bit more uncomfortable than last time. but luckily I will have a full mouth of teeth after this operation and no more planned implants.

      Don't believe this. I was out for two weeks with pain, swelling and terrible discomfort from sutures.

      @@susanwatson5654 The Dentist pierced my sinus membrane and it bled a bit, had blood pour from my nose when i tilted my head to lay down. The first few hours were a bit painful, but was not that bad, I was relatively fine the next day. Everyone's body recovers and reacts differently.. Would do it again and again if in the same position. My implants look and feel great.

      Thank you for sharing your experience. It is common for the healing process after a procedure to take time and be uncomfortable. It is important to follow all post-operative instructions provided by your healthcare provider to ensure proper healing and maximize recovery. If you have any concerns or questions about your healing process, please do not hesitate to contact your healthcare provider for guidance and support.

    Can I wear my temporary tooth retainer for my bone graft while sleeping?

    Thank you....during the healing period is it ok to wear a denture?

    • @ImplantCenterofMiami
      @ImplantCenterofMiami  หลายเดือนก่อน

      It is generally safe to wear a denture during the healing period, as long as it fits properly and does not cause any discomfort or irritation to the surgical site. However, it is important to follow your dentist's guidelines and instructions for wearing the denture during this time to ensure proper healing and prevent any complications. It is always best to consult with your dentist to determine the best course of action for your individual situation.

    In your opinion, if an allograft fails multiple times, would using the patient's own bone next time result in a higher rate of success?

    • @ImplantCenterofMiami
      @ImplantCenterofMiami  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Thank you for your question. When an allograft procedure fails multiple times, it is indeed worth considering alternative options. One potential option could be utilizing the patient's own bone, known as an autograft. Autografts have been shown to have higher success rates compared to allografts, as they offer several advantages such as better integration, decreased risk of rejection, and potential for improved healing. However, the decision to use autografts should always be made in consultation with a qualified healthcare professional who can assess the underlying factors contributing to the previous failures and determine the most appropriate course of action for each individual case.

    Can Dr. do bone graft without surgery, less invasive procedure? I heard about Michigan University developped syringe to inject the bone inside in area to be filled, using camera image guider. I need sinus lift but I want wait the dr. get this instrument. It possible get bone narrow using syringe, why not use syringe to implant bones.

      It not chunk of bone being implanted. It is powdered bone that needs to placed specifically.
