Simple miter cut at 30° each side from centerline, DONE!
As an old pipefitter with 45 years experience, it so easy to just take a wraparound and lay out this simple fit, no need to layout a template.
Exactly the way I do it and next size down pipe fitting onto the next size up is 27 degrees
the key to all this is that 21.35mm dimension from minute 2:50 . How did you obtain that dimension ? how did you position the pipe ? That 21.35 should come from some measurements. Or did you just position the pipe aproximatively on position and draw ?

Пипец.. У нас сварные и без этих долгих прелюдий врезку такую делали..
Глубина посадки "седла" равна 1/3 части диаметра, при условии, что обе трубы одного диаметра, если врезка происходит в трубу большего диаметра к примеру 57мм в 63мм, то глубина посадки будет равна 1/4 части диаметра врезаемой трубы, вырезы делать лучше всего полукругом, так "седло" прилегает плотнее. P.S. Желаю удачи.
Болгаркой "седло" сложновато будет вырезать. Или есть какой метод ?
@@nightrider4braveonly ничего сложного, просто режешь посадочную часть седла по косой ( как иглла от шприца), по времени занимает не больше двух минут ( в зависимости от диаметра и толщины стенки трубы).

крылья вырезаются последовательными заходами диска до поворота к седлу -
которое вырезается клиньями до мелких зубьев, которые сгрызаются зачистным.
Бери большую болгарку и отреж на искосок , дело в три секунду.

сварной шов должен иметь НАИменьшее сечение, обеспечивающее *_достаточную_*_ механическую прочность узла при его эксплуатации_ - а не какое получится!

It's much faster and easier to use a cut off tool to just grind away until you get a good fit. This whole business of marking and measuring and drawing seems way more involved than is necessary.

I have cut "templates" from paper mock ups like this for 40 years at least. I ususally use the Yellow Legal Pad that is ruled. For large Pipe I use MASKING PAPER or the White Butcher paper. After I make the paper template then I TRANSFER it to some THIN HIGH HEAT GASKET Material that I can use over and over on pipe cuts I do with Axy-Acetylene. I file them away so I do NOT have to start from scratch all of the time. The 90 Degree things are easy it is the others that can be tricky. Branches, Laterals, trusses, Cantilever gates etc. these can be done with a Contour Marker but it is so much FASTER if you have a TEMPLATE READY MADE you can use over and over. I call the above method the Paper Doll Method for the lack of a better name. They used to teach the Baling Wire Methord at Texas A&M. I like this better than the baling wire method. When doing a BRAND NEW TEMPLATE I like fitting the temp0late up to a piece of scrap that is the same diameter and wall thickness of the "part" we are trying to make and go ahed and cut the scrap, then put the template on the scrap and hit it with an angle grinder to make it fit DEAD ON. After that, I transfer it to a couple of COPIES and file it in the template box. Then later I can find one in there rather than start from scratch. Gets FASTER THEN. It will work though.

You really need the pipe fitters blue book! All the formulas you will ever need to fit pipe, and it will be way faster.
I used the '"Franklin's Handbook for Pipefitters" or a "Pipefitter's Square" when I was fitting pipe.

В черчении существуют развёртки соединения ( пересечение поверхностей ) разных фигур. Например Конуса и шара, трубы ( цилиндр ) и куба. И так далее. Я конечно понимаю, что слесаря как правило такими вещами не заморачиваются. =0)))
Не в черчении, а в начертательной геометрии. И слесаря наврядли обучались в ВУЗах.
