Collapsible chop sticks! I thought that was cool but then I thought - how could I fail to have room for regular chop sticks? They don't take up much space!

Longer sticks more likely to bend / break / poke other gear.
All that faffing about, just go out and buy a magnetic pick up tool , cheap as chips , instant telescopic magnet.
Would add more weight and space than the little magnet cork accessory for the bellows tube.
