I think Street's Disciple is one of his most slept on albums...a lot of these rappers can't even touch his personal least favorite releases. He's a legend, the best to do this thing we call Hip Hop.
Saw him for the 1st time in concert last year in Manchester uk... been lucky to see huge venues and concerts and I have to say his smaller show at the academy was the best live performance I have ever seen... jay-z. 50 cent, jagged edge&112, diddy, usher, ginuwine&joe, keith sweat... and more I have seen live but nas's show was simply incredible.... looking forward to the new album!!!
No, but it shows that his first concern is the money. Rap is just another hustle to him, wheareas Nas is for the love. And that shows in their work, I've never felt any soul or heart when I listen Jay-Z, but Nas? Illmatic to this day.

Nastradamus was a Fail but whatevs, he has four legitimate classics (Life Is Good being the 4th), most artists will spend their whole career trying to create one classic song much less an album.
People may argue Nastradamus werent hes best album but even still in retroperspective its a classic. I mean "come get me" "lat words" "new world" "family feat mobb deep" either way better that anything lil wayne has put out!
