As someone who lives in your same Pennsylvania area, I definitely understand the difficulty of finding good local pizza joints. There are a few very good ones to be sure, but sometimes we all just want a more convenient Dominos pizza.

I used to be addicted to dominos but had to tone it down due to how expensive it is (in the UK anyway)... but since you mentioned papa johns in your last pizza video I started ordering from there and it’s soooooo good, and less than half the price. Thanks uncle E, you are a saint and a scholar
I actually really enjoy this video. Not only is it hella calm and comforting but i actually work at dominos and make pizzas pretty much everyday so its nice to feel appreciated somewhat. :) P.S. that seasoning on the crust is a garlic mix.

We have this mom and pop joint here in El Paso called Speedys. Never knew of this place before today when my supervisor brought in like 14 boxes of pepperoni and tripple cheese pies. Stuff practically melted in your mouth and it was some of the best 5 dollar pizza I've ever had.

Sugar is my vice, too. I've been doing better for the most part in the last month to six weeks. I used to tan a 100g chocolate bar (50g sugar) plus some sugar in tea, and maybe jam on toast and other treat *every day*. The key is to cut down and not give up entirely or you'll just torture yourself. I did demolish a whole 6 pack of Penguin biscuits today, though. 60 grammes of sugar. Oops.

The sauce in the crust is a garlic butter sauce with herbs as well and the specks are probably the cornmeal used to stretch the dough.
