No fkn way I wasn't expecting the man himself to see this! Thanks for watching, I hope you enjoyed and congrats on the weekend! You guys were absolutely amazing to watch 😁👍

Bro when I recommended hiswatson I had no idea he was gonna go insane like this. Furia was scary this past weekend. You killed it again man summed up nicely
It was completely out of nowhere. To be honest I probably wasn't gonna do HisWattson for a bit I had other videos planned first but his performance blew my mind away I dropped everything 😂
So happy they're all getting exposure. Especially pandrxz. Been one of the most underrated players in the game for awhile. He's been my favorite player for a long time and watching his come up has truly been amazing to watch. One of the best controller players in Apex. Great vid
Now that hes retiring, we can't forget to give @hiswattson his flowers. Man changed the meta forever. I'm sure he'll be back to comp in future. He just needs to sit back, grind ranked and get a feel for the meta and new legends again. Im 100 on that.
TSM is really the band wagon that everyone hops on. A team like FURIA this past weekend would have rolled them. I want more people to branch out and root for other teams and make the apex competitive scene much more expansive
That's why I started rooting for teams like C9, Scarz, and GMT. Watching people have fun and banter with each other is so much better than rooting for the same ol boring team.
Man has been #1 and #2 apex predator for so many seasons in a row now it honestly doesn't surprise me that he ran through these teams. Pro teams train to deal with planned rotation, choke points, start game and end game with a few other things. They never trained for relentless aggression. Most teams tend to fight near the same way cause it's the most effective but his Wattson said fuck that and popped off 😂
the reason most pro teams dont train against relentless aggression is because thatd be a waste of time. before furia, nobody was far enough ahead of other teams mechanically for it to matter. if you fed hard, youd lose, because you werent good enough. now that furia shows you can brute force aggression if youre good enough, teams will have to prepare more, but before furia there was really no reason to.
He is definitely a great player, used to love tuning in to his streams when they were smaller a month ago when I was bigger on Apex, I'm glad he is doing well in Algs :)
the quality of your videos is insane, reminds me of score esports but apex only which is nice to see.. hopefully one day u will have 1.5 mill subs too! keep up the work bro, you will be big one day mark my words.
Loved the video - super well done and well paced. Though maybe I missed it elsewhere in the video but on the having fun section you missed including hiswattson 360 peacekeeper on the valk on storm point. This team is incredible. Keep up the good videos!
Thank you so much I appreciate it! I included that clip at 4:50 because it was before Championship Sunday if you wanna see it. And yea such an entertaining team! 😁👍
Wanna point out some things, He was number 1 Predator because other predators weren't in ranked as much as him. While he was in ranked they were in tourney, scrims, taking breaks, etc....he just had the most time. Remember Alb was the #1 predator before he stopped playing and when he came back he was like teens and same with Hal who I think was #2-3 when he stopped. Second thing is Furia did well because there comp was specifically meant to attack edge teams who had a different comp. They played the edge differently than what the other teams on edge did and who comps were to fight other edge teams, hence why they couldn't take home the W after 6 tries. They essentially played it like rank while the other teams were playing it like a tourney. I can almost guarantee that they won't do the same next ALGS. Look at the recent kill race tournament which Furia is supposed to be good at, who were the top players? Hal and Velhurst. So when people are playing on the same strategy level then it's a different ball game.
In case anyone was wondering why Furia was aping at match point. Furia didn't throw. If you watch game 6, they were talking about aping and getting points... even if they die. They weren't playing for a win, they were playing to guarantee 300k and 2nd place. In ESA Black, Pandrxz was 2nd and came 8th when they switched comps and lost all the winnings. They didn't change playstyles on purpose. Imagine throwing 300k and 2nd for a chance at 1st. They needed winnings.
At first I was confused but they made a good point! They had chances to win too but some unlucky rng stopped them. But $300k and the recognition they're getting is worth so much more imo!
They honestly could have chilled a little bit and tried to get a win when they were so far ahead. That’s just an excuse for their slightly reckless play. A choke is a choke
@@steviemcstevenstein7629 they showed their comp could win in game 2. Yes the Horizon pick makes them stand out, but they were still always capable of winning, they just didnt. TSM in Champs last year had 6 games on match point and C9 had 4, both playing the typical meta comps and both lost. Match point simply just adds RNG to the win, but also makes it exciting for the spectator. Double edged sword.
furia changed the way the competitive apex is played. it used to be everyone waiting for the final circles to start killing each other but now furia does that from the start. its a double edged sword for sure but it at least makes it interesting.
