Gary Clark, Jr. Is great. I can’t believe I never heard of him before today. Well, better late than never.
I don't know why it took me so long to discover Gary Clark Jr, but I'm glad I finally did. Blues, rock, hip-hop, and he makes it all his own.
I just saw Gary live this week on my 31st wedding anniversary. My son n law is the spitting image of him. That is why I wanted to see him in person. Amazing the whole vibe of the audience was great!! For a few short hours I forgot about all the problems of the world. There was Peace and harmony at the concert. Thank you GCJ and your talented band!!!!!

I saw him in Asbury Park New Jersey in 2017… If you dig Gary check out Michael Kiwanuka.. He opened .. incredible

Why do I always hear his p90 sound whilst he switched to humbucker position?
so ive seen him with a reg butterscoth ish color tele, but i really like this one, uncovered zebra humbuckers, p90, and 72 custom electronics layout. Also appears to have a strat bridge.

Honestly I could've done without the open shirted, and wine soaked intro. It's wonderful she supports her husband, because not all spouses do. However that just felt weird to me.
When my train pulls in has 18.5% as many views as the bb king cross roads vid. Comparisons are shitty, but if say thats a pretty great compliment considering the finest blues jam alive right now. Absolutely love your work, come to australia!

I haven't seen him play this particular Fender. It has a humbucker in the neck and looks like a P90 in the bridge. I love that tone. My kind of guitar.

I love Gary and these songs but honestly, "bright light" is way too slow / stone and the first guitar solo of "when my train pulls in" is completely missed ... maybe too much cheese with his pasta or I don't know what else but there is something that went wrong ... buy yourself some ears!
