Wow! When two powerful car manufacturers come together instead of only competing, a stunning and beautiful car is born! Even the logo is perfect! Other high end EV manufacturers should be very worried!
No, others brands collaborate too, Mercedes-Benz and Audi collaborated badly with BMW Group and robbed them technologies (ABS, traction control, ...) creating the Volkswagen Gate. Noone can exist alone in this too complex global world, in which even the most simple things like sparing a vehicle getting out of a street and stay only where it can move safely! Xpeng Motors now leads the market and help all Chinese brands who create nice design vehicles and technologies, but not as efficiently as Xpeng Motors does : more durable than Lexus and Toyota, better than the ancient Saab which disappeared but who offered as Xpeng does, very luxuous products for a very correct price! Zeekr is one of the 10 best Chinese brand, but not a perfect one... Some of their products are good, but unfortunately without the SEPA2.0 chassis, and without effective serviceable technologies which, as those of Tesla, request the user to be there and protect his car! 😊

European cars are the king of luxury and prestige, Chinese cars on other hand are for lower class that's a fact and there's nothing Chinese cars brands can do anything about its.
I just can't imagine someone making hundred millions per year driving around in a Great Wall of China cars brand.

i drive a BYD high powered hybrid for 5 years. after checking all cars you mentioned, driving them many times i ordered the su7 max. sooo much better driving experience than any other car. charging speed is excellent and my biggest worry about getting annoyed for having a pure electric car is gone. give it a test drive if you didnt do that yet and order one. not in a million years i would order this hunk of overcomplicated Z9. and i say that as a BYD hybrid fan boy.

@@faithosadebe5293 i mean the interior and all those motorized functions are way too complicated. BYD isnt known to build the best interior quality. i still love mine but i do see lots of smaller things failing after couple of years. the hybrid drive itself is fine. except my battery died right after warranty period was over. coincidence probably 🤔... anyway i bought a new one and got my full 24kwh back.

Mercedes just spared it being better : Mercedes-Benz needs Chinese help more than Chinese need them. Chinese have Xpeng Motors, German had BMW Group, the most important worldwide automobile industry who invented most of technologies proposed by EJFJ Corporation PSC, since February 4th, 1994! IMO whether the car has 800 or 1070 HP won't matter to 90% of the people who will consider this car. It's all way too much HP anyway. It's good to have it, but def not necessary

They have both. For sale in South East Asia, it's right-hand drive, and for the rest of world, it's left-hand drive.

Power train and electronics by BYD and design by Mercedes and Wolfgang will have very good prospect for this car. It is well known Mercedes electronics are craps with their luxury cars. Same goes for most European cars like BMW.
