I caught my first 10lb bass at Bob Sandlin back in 1984 fishing from my old canoe on a Bomber long A.... Some things a guy never forgets.

You are correct there are things I remember from my early childhood fishing with my father and grandfather in an area that does not exist anymore, well the lake is there, but all the land was sold off and developed, you just have to look at it and remember. @@AsleepAtTheReel Very much enjoyed my time living in Texas during the 80's, native Californian here and still an inmate of the late great state of CA. I bring my family back to East TX yearly so they can get a taste of my old stomping grounds. I moved on to saltwater fishing once transferred back to CA, gives me the sense of freedome that I used to feel when I lived in TX. Kind of sad to see just how screwed up Dallas has become compared to what it was a few decades back when I lived there. Whoever designed the newer freeways on the east side of town should be strung up for incompetence.

ha ha sorry, it was a joke as I have been telling everyone that he stole my boat. What makes it even better is that he took the time to turn my camera on and say that. The sad part is that I woke up about 30 minutes or less after he left and literally sat at the AirBnB all afternoon waiting for him to answer my call. He had it on mute. The bright side is that I got to spend 1 hour and 10 minutes on hold with Garmin and got my transducer taken care of. Sorry to give you a heart attack. I just thought it was funny since he said it on the video. have a good day bud!
