    I am new to the Alkaline life. Having these recipes to have an alternative to what I used to eat makes it so much easier to transition and stick with eating clean. Thank you so much for being the resource for the Alkaline Lifestyle and making your videos. I just bought two of the recipe books and the iron capsules. I will be telling everyone I know about you. You are awesome and keep doing what you are doing.

    Hey if I understand this video correctly there are two types of cheese.
    Mozarella made from:
    1 cup clean sea moss, cooked in 1 cup hemp milk. Take out sea moss pieces. Add 1 tsp onion powder. Add cayenne, lime juice, sea salt , grapeseed oil. Add more Hemp seed milk unknown amount. Stir as it thickens an cooks. Add spelt flour.
    Cheddar is from:
    1 cup cooked okra. Take out okra pieces. Add annatto, unknown amount of mozzarella. Stir and cook.
    Could you fill in the blanks please

      You're welcome! I think the nacho taste a lot like nacho cheese. I've even had family members who are not into eating alkaline taste it and they agree. The mozzarella has more of a sweet taste and is not exactly like mozzarella but it tastes better when added to other dishes such as quesadillas or enchiladas.

    Idk if you meant to say a teaspoon of salt, but you said a tablespoon and it was so salty like inedible salty, I ended up having to double the recipe without adding anymore salt and it was still on the salty side but I compensated by leaving the other ingredients of my pizza slightly bland. I really enjoy this recipe and appreciate you so much for sharing this with the alkaline community, I just wanted to share my experiences and ask if you made a mistake…. Every time I make this recipe now I use 1 teaspoon of salt and I find it to be perfect, salty enough that it still feels cheesy but not over salty. Thanks again!,

    For the Mozzarella, what did you do with the sea moss after setting it aside? For the Cheddar, what is "seminato" (not sure of spelling) that you added for the yellow color (at about 3:11)

    • @AlkalineMealIdeas
      @AlkalineMealIdeas  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Annatto or achiote was added for color.

    • @bandita445

      Alkaline Meal Ideas And More Thank you! And for the mozzarella, did you stir in the sea moss with the milk? After you mention to set it aside, I didn’t notice any comment afterward about it. While you were heating the milk and it was thickening, I wasn’t sure if that was because of the residue sea moss that was left in the pan, or if u put back in the entire sea moss that was set aside.
