    The features seem very nice but the functionality gets in its own way. Perfect review 👍

      Project Dan H exactly! I want my reviews to be honest. If the product is crap I’m gonna say that.

    Been in the market for a new pressure gauge. nice vid dude!

      thank you! it isn't the greatest but will do in a pinch. I had a few gripes with it. I think I will use my manual gauge one it works way better.

    Perhaps if you overinflate slightly and use the pressure release button to back down to the pressure that you want, it would show the PSI on the gauge? Also if the clip type inflator threads on it should be very easy to get a different type. Maybe you could let us know what that thread dimension is?

      @TheBeardedJeeper  ปีที่แล้ว

      That deflate button works well but you still have to let off to see the PSI. I still have this thing and it works great

    If your pumping air through it how do u expect it to read the pressure if there is no pressure till valve is closed

    I've had mine since 2019 and have been happy with it. However, I went to use it this morning and the gauge is reading 553 PSI (not in use). I've replaced the batteries and it continues to read the sameThere doesn't appear to be any way to reset it so I guess it's garbage now.

      I’ve actually still used mine and it continues to work

    I don’t think ive had any clip on style inflater work. They all fall off. I use either screw on or i have to hold it. I perfer the screw on type.

    • @TheBeardedJeeper
      @TheBeardedJeeper  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      yeah the screw on type usually works really well they have a way better connection. Thanks for watching!

    I never wanted to fill a tire to 200 psi.... Until now!!!

      I would stand back a little when doing so cause ... boom

    Instrument guy here hahahahah 1% acuaracy means usually within 1% of full range, so +/- 2.5 psi, that said it could be of reading but than it would likely state like 2%
    that said i should grab one and test the gauge on my calibrated gauges :P

    • @TheBeardedJeeper
      @TheBeardedJeeper  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Running Joe Offroad ohh makes sense haha 😆 I just really don’t like how it doesn’t tell you the PSI while inflating

    • @RunningJoe
      @RunningJoe 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@TheBeardedJeeper youd be reading flowing pressure...... so likely youd be reading the pressure entering the gauge NOT the tire pressure, thus they turn it off while inflating, it actually makes sense, digital gauges are very finicky at times I still prefer the feel of analog gauge
      also commenting at specific times based on where I am watching hahahahaha, busy morning lol

    • @RunningJoe
      @RunningJoe 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      also just looking at the way its constructed, i see exactly why you cant ready PSI while inflating, i could draw it out better, but your inflating handle is actually a "
      valve" it actuates the direction of the 3 way valve, essentially, while in inflating the gauge reads zero as it is vented when you press the handle, so it physically blocks any air from reaching the gauge, I may buy one now just to deconstruct this and test on it hahahahahhahaahj

    • @TheBeardedJeeper
      @TheBeardedJeeper  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Running Joe Offroad if you do get one you should make a video on the deconstruction of it. I definitely like the feel of my manual one better. I guess I wish it was designed different so you could see as you are inflating.

    Dude I got this. It's total garbage. It died within a month. Never actually used it once. Never got any actual use out of it. Screen is just blank. Thiught it was the crappy batteries so out on Duracell baterries and still doesn't work. Don't recommend this junk
