Anytime I'm working under a car I always put a couple of spare wheels under a good strong part of the undercarriage, just in case a jack stand fails. Never rely on one source of support.
Over all, good video. Recommend tapping oil or WD40 in the thread holes before running a tap. A 3" extension when tightening the brackets would be beneficial. Your first to second gear synchro seems to be toast.
The anti-roll / sway bar is a good upgrade if not already fitted. Our car has a thicker bar for even more torsional resistance to body roll; but we don't have those clamps to stop it sliding side to side. Not sure if that is going to be a problem.
