I feel like everytime i try to find someone to get into a "deep connection" they already have someone else and just isn't interested in befriending me idk. besides, everytime I met someone, even though we hit it off, we still don't get to friends level idk or we don't have lot in common and I think it the most important part that contribute to it
@@gi3306 It took me a long time to find one person who was my “best” friend. And while we were close even now I notice we are growing differently. If someone isn’t as interested in befriending you try not to take it to heart. Detach from the outcome of specific people becoming your bestie. And while having things in common is important, I feel like close friends it’s not necessarily your common interests - but morals and values. You will find someone where those align and the friendship grows organically

Take it as a lesson - you now know what to look out for and can spot red flags in friendship so much easier. Don’t let them discourage you from finding new people. You are now that much closer to finding your people!🫶🏽
