Woah, she is so cool. My ex wife was such a bitch about my lightsaber enthusiasm. She was not kind about most of my fandoms. These two are couple goals.
sorry to hear that. so many couples don't appreciate each others passions. We are both very lucky to have found each other. But a lot of what has worked for us is PLAYING. Always playing and actively trying to make most of lifes moments as fun as possible. Took me personally a while, but Ive learned and realized eventually. When you can get people to associate Positive fun feelings with YOU, they will naturally be drawn to YOU and want to be around you to get MORE of that good feeling. So many people are unhappy for a number of reasons, and are always looking for someone else to spark that joy in there life, which they are struggling to light themselves. Our biggest passion and hope for ALWAYS BELIEVE, is to help light that spark in YOU and everyone who needs some extra light and fun in their life. We all need it. I think adding a “dueling area” in Galaxies Edge would be cool. Like a designated zone where people can use their lightsabers freely. They could even do shows there to justify it being there all the time

each tray has:
4 sleeves (pick two means 12 possible combinations)
2 switches
2 emitters
2 endcaps
which makes for 96 possible unique hilts per tray
4 tray options mean there are 384 total possible hilt configurations over all
and 4 colors to chose from means 1536 unique sabers are possible
there are also 2 additional colors you can buy

Always Believe I also want to mention about you saying that lightsabers is an issue. There is a discord server I am in that basically reports stock updates on items around galaxys edge for Disneyland and Disney world. It’s very helpful for me and that’s how I got my hands on the ROTJ Luke Saber. I recommend checking it out cause it’s super duper helpful.
And you can talk anything Star Wars / Galaxys Edge related.

I would get a Jedi temple guard lightsaber and my backstory would be that I was a Jedi padawan that stole a fallen inquisitors lightsaber because there is a lot of evidence that some inquisitors were Jedi temple guards.
Heck in rebels the first Inquisitor we meet actually WAS a Temple Guard.

I believe that's marketed to be Vader's saber in Rogue One. It's the same as the one in Empire Strikes Back with the exposed coloured wires. Although the exposed wires did not appear in A New Hope, it is believed Vader had multiple choices of sabers to use throughout the trilogy so we can ignore the continuity issue here. My only gripe is the "clip" on the side of the activator..it's not supposed to be there at all for this type of saber. But oh well, just consider it as another kind from Vader's stash of sabers. I bought this same one from Galaxy's Edge in Disneyland.

Darth Vader’s lightsaber is much heavier as it helped with Vader’s anger to help dominate his power having the weight assist him to strike down his opponents. With Obi-Wans lightsaber it’s lighter as he is a nimble warrior who is calm & collected who wishes to defend himself rather than fighting in the offensive manner as to Obi-Wan that leads to the dark side

One of the cool things about the Saavi lightsabers is that you can go to Ondar’s and ask for junk parts. They’ll have extra pieces from Saavi’s you can buy to further customize your saber that you built. That and the ability to change saber crystals gives a slight advantage to the custom saber builds.
That being said, I want to buy a legacy saber for display.
They don't allow you to do that anymore

As much as I'd love to build my own (I'm a HUGE fan of being able to have a yellow blade via changing the kyber crystal) i'd personally go with Asoka Tano legacy blade. From what I heard, those hilts are a little bigger and heftier than even the Vader one you have. Being 6'5" the larger hilt is a bigger selling point for me.

The Vader saber is a mix of A New Hope and Empire Strikes Back. Since it's from Rogue One. They kind of mixed everything with Vader in that movie.

I love both my FX and Savys sabers. Savys is a must simply because you have the ability to change color on command with the krystals. Its absolutely fantastic. I do wish they were a bit thinner, but im not a small individual(just tall) so it doesnt bother me what so ever. The blades can absolutely handle some damage. I wouldnt expect to fught the Empire with it, though. Lmao. Expect me to say Hi if i run into yall, lol. I love that place, i get lost in nostalgia and smiles

I live in australia and i dont even know if im going yet but theres a chance and i really do hope to, so when i go i gotta make sure what i buy COUNTS because i may not get a chane to go back for a really long time. As for price i think theyre amazing, i have one custom saber from ultrasaber and it ran me back abour $400 so if i can get that for half the price then thats amazing.

Just ordered a red Kyber crystal for the lightsaber I built in Savis.
I noticed that the “blade skipping” happens when the red crystal is in, but not the blue.
I’m guessing it’s deliberate to make it seem “unstable”

I am making my trip to Galaxy's Edge next July so I can also (hopefully) attend SDCC at the same time. Wanting to pick up the Rey/Skywalker Legacy saber if they have them in stock.
Traveling from Scotland so I likely won't get a second trip for a long time.
I subscribed to you guys after seeing your first galaxy's edge video and loving your genuine reactions and how cute you guys are together. Your videos are a huge help to me for planning my trip, like learning about the Scum & Villainy Cantina which I will have to visit with my Aayla cosplay. Keep making awesome content.
AWESOME Natalie! We can't wait for you to make the trip, and have Fun on Batuu :) Extra great call to go to Scum & Villainy. If you actually want a drink with some kick, you can get one there. Oga's is a lot of fun, but unless you get a beer, the drinks aren't that pungent. And definitely wear your costume!! Very happy our experience is helping you plan and feel out your own trip. You'll have so much fun on Batuu, and by that time the 2nd park will be open. So you are going to the Disneyland Batuu, and not Florida?
Natalie pearson I was same position I travelled from South Wales I was so stuck I got a savi's and the rey/skywalker. The legacy is really well built and a lovely saber, but if you can afford the extra it's worth getting a savi's as well the quality isn't quite as good but you can change the crystal so change the colour and sound of your saber they are like chalk n cheese but definitely go for the legacy they are really imperative. Hope this helps

I was at Orlando for the opening day on the 3.30am bus from art of animation resort, I was so torn between the 2 my wife managed to get a reservation for 7.45 am opening day on the night before so I went for a savi's then I popped in doc's for a kyber crystal and came out with one plus the Ray legacy too. Oops 😀😂

@@AlwaysBelieve ooh that a hard one lol I love the build quality of the legacy, but I like the fact you can open up the savi's and switch crystals. In an ideal world they would make savi's the same quality of the legacy. But I've got to go with the rey/skywalker legacy that's the one I grew up with and it just looks and feels lush ( that's Welsh for really good lmao)
We were there at opening day too. Walked from Yacht Club and joined 100’s of our closest friends at Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge, East at about 0330. Hubby did the Savi’s saber and I got the Anakin/Luke/Rey lightsaber at Dok’s. I’m not gonna lie...teared up watching dh build his saber!
Always Believe this is the question I need answered. I have a reservation for savis, but also have reservations about savis lol.
@@jsythe7143 the savi's is die cast metal which isn't a high quality metal, the legacy tend to be made with higher quality metals you can go into doc's and have a look at the sabers and you can look at the scrap metal pieces outside of savi's. If you ask nicely you may be able to get a cast member to show you a savi's if you explain your uncertainty but you need to give 24 hours notice to cancel. Personally I love both for different reasons.

I 100% agree with the reaching in and grabbing a light saber from the movie. When I built my KR Plo Koon saber I was so happy to have something that came from the movie!
it REALLY makes the magic come alive in such a different way. But its really that longing for a saber from the film since i was 10.... so finally having them as an adult.... its a surreal fulfillment of that passion for star wars. What sabers do you have besides Plo Koon? And a KR one??? Awesome!!!

You hit it right on the head when you said its unreal when you hold a (screen accurate) lightsaber for the first time. Being a lifelong SW fan, I never really wanted a saber b/c I was like “what the heck am I gonna do with it. But when I saw the Kylo saber at Doc Ondars I became mesmerized with how real it looked. Once I held it in my hand and felt the weight and inspected the detail, I just had to have it. Haha! And now I’m building a screen accurate Kylo costume to cosplay in. Crazy. Never would have thought a year ago.

That is no longer a canon, now the ignition sound is nothing special and the Sith no longer use synthetic crystals, they are only red because they make them bleed with the dark side

I love your lightsaber comparison videos, and I was thinking a good video especially for people looking to get into buying a lightsaber, you could compare a lot of the different types of lightsabers you have? Like, a legacy lightsaber, the KR Saber, the Force FX lightsaber, etc. Just for a solid comparison on which would be the best for which reasons

I think that she could pull off a Ventress cosplay. Frame, bone structure, lips. She could do it easily.
As for lightsabers choice, my top priority was for Savi's. It was an amazing experience and I don't regret my choice in the slightest. Granted, I also picked up a Ventress lightsaber and love it too, but I prefer Savi's if I was forced to chose between my children.
hmmmmmm..... never thought about that.... Ash still has some Clone Wars to catch up on, but that a good recommendation. Hopefully she will start to love Ventress. She would much rather make a Rey cosplay though. Good to know for Savis, we still want to go too. Just not as much of a need yet, till we have some extra play $$ to spend on one.

I was actually holding out to pick up a legacy saber when I go to WDW in october, But after research I ended up custom ordering a 89sabers Graflex and it is currently being installed with a Neopixel setup. I just wanted the blade effects, and better sound than the Legacy sabers. Much more money than the Legacy, but well worth it IMO.
