Thanks you like the information. If authorities confiscate your drone they will fine you so you can pay the fine and get it back. Yes you can fly drone in any city of India but there is certain zones like green orange red zone. So you are prohibited to fly in red zones. 3. If you have drone weight less than 250 you don't need to register it. But if you want to can. 4. Drone weight less than 250 g they don't need permission from aviation authority but is better if you don't fly in restricted area. Like army area airport area.

My flight is from dubai to india in Air india , its clearly mention in their luggage policy drone is not allowed infact i called them and stated the same.
