Loved the A10's. I believe the second A10 pilot was a subscriber and nailed the "WOS" in your honor - particularly after the near vertical. The A10's used to be stationed at the Myrtle Beach AFB in the 1970's and 80's. You could watch them from the beach, golf courses, pretty much anywhere.
I joined the Air Force to be a fighter pilot, but when I saw the A-10 Thunderbolt and saw how it was an awesome CAGS aircraft, I changed my mind quickly, if you desire to be close to the action and support the troops on the ground, the A-10 is the aircraft to be in!😍
Always that 1 pilot who thinks he's a rocket going vertical!! 😂😂 I got to see them use that cannon in Germany!! Yeah, don't want to be on the receiving end of one of those bullets. Great catch CAPT!!
Great video. If you do a trip report on the upcoming flights, put which runway you’re using and any points of interest ( like the wos). It would be neat to see that from the runway.
Little fun factoid about the A10 aka the Hog. The engines on the hog are the same engines that are on the Embraer 190 GE T34 with a few slight differences, but gives you an idea how powerful those small planes are. I have a spent round from the cannon its huge.
That one you called a mini Mad Dog, is an ERJ-145LR Reg# HI1053 and is out of the Dominican Republic. ERJ stands for Embraer Regional Jet, and the predecessor to the the current ERJ 170/190 family of regional jets. The ERJ-135 looks just like it just shorter, and is the base airframe for the Legacy family of business jets.
Outstanding start, right through the "WOS"! FADDI...LMAO must be some reference to that on the ground! 🤣 11K YES, the rest of the world has no clue what they're missing. Look at SWA using the reverse turn, hard on the tires though well done. Getting those A10's is just simply good clean living on your part Steve.....AWESOME and #2 a true "ROCKET SHIP". Nice job OPS8 getting out of the way for our IAH flight on the A319. If you ever get a "WOS" with an E175, call the emergency equipment. Hmmm "Brickyard", geee guess where Republic HQ is? 🤠 Gotta hit those 3 mile holes on final with departures.....that's like it was back in my day in the tower. Sure you don't want to work in the tower Steve? That E145 (lol "mini MadDog" NOT) is Sky High from the Dominican Republic. Now that's a great livery on ASA for sure, man you get them all Captain. Excellent day Captain and thank you.
I hear Spirit has asked the FAA for approval to remove all the seats in the cabin, with the exception of the crew seating, so all the passengers can just sit on the floor, sleepover style🤪
I've spotted in Vegas over the year's and done a lot of video but never posted anything, I've thought about starting a TH-cam channel to my closest airport Indianapolis. But Vegas is my favorite it is non stop.
Have you ever done Las Vegas plane spotting ? It pissed me off that they changed the name of the airport. I would love to see you go to St Martin princess Juliana international and video from the beach and hear your commentary.
@@CaptainStevenMarkovich Tampa is good your doing good work thank you for what you do. Safe trip to Hawaii. Worked at United for 15 years went to HNL every year to relax and spot!!
Thank goodness Congress kept the A10 alive when the administration was trying to retire it. Infantryman's best friend. I was just reading about (now-)Colonel Kim Campbell, who received the Distinguished Flying Cross for flying her wounded Warthog back to base in full-manual mode after it was shot to s--- in her mission near Baghdad in 2003, losing hydraulics and a lot of the frame. Then-Captain Campbell is the only pilot ever to have had to fly it in manual reversion mode in combat. Amazing woman -- top of her class at the Air Force Academy and chose to fly Warthogs in combat. Wow. That's a warrior. Well-earned her moniker "Killer Chick". en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kim_Campbell_%28pilot%29
Congratulations on the 11,000 mark Loved the video. Iam honored 2B one of the 11,000.

Thanks Fred. Appreciate the support 👍👍
I live in Ohio, and I've seen the A-10 perform at the Cleveland National Air Show many times, and it never ceases to amaze me.
It never gets old that had to be fun
@@CaptainStevenMarkovich I love how unlike most airplanes, it whistles when it flies by. ✈😁

Hi. You should give it a try tons of fun.
If you do holler so I can look at your channel

Never LAS. St Martin would be fun. I’ll be primarily SFO and OGG the next 3 months.
DELTa regional , skywest . embraer on smaller jet.?
Captain Steve, was that Area 51 Airlines parked among the UPS Planes? Congrats on 11,000.
Yes. Thanks for watching 👍
Yay on the 11k!!!!
Thanks Missy. And thanks for the support 👍👍
Mardi Grais is in March I think, I have seen that Alaska on Kevin's stream while I'm working lol
I think it’s fairly new?? Rare bird for TPA and thanks for watching 👍👍
United’s first stop is more like Tampa bay! Never mind the wall of shame. Gonna have to extend the runway a few miles 😂
I wonder if those are the A10’s that did the flyover at the Bucs game on Sunday.
Those are the ones 👍
Beauty is only skin deep , but the HOG goes all the way to the bone. (Former 3rd hurd grunt) we love da hog. 🤠
Thanks for your service 👍👍
Congrats Capt Steve on 11. Spirit @31:54 speedy
Thanks Patti. Appreciate the support 👍
Thoughts & Prayers To The People Involved In That Fire🤔💭🙏🤲🔥!!!
You'll have to update us tomorrow on the fire.
Just heard from a viewer it was a scrap yard
Those A-10s are from Eglin AFB; be careful capt'n, Eagles fans are flying down this weekend...
I’ve flown from ATL to TPA with half a plane of eagles fans. Loudest flight I’ve ever been on
i know of a relative that endured 3 hours of turbulence.e. i think on interntaional flight over pacific?
Knock on wood I haven’t had that happen in years.
I'm going to look up a bunch of BRRRRT videos now.
They are awesome enjoy 😊
28:47 did you know that baby swans are called cygnets
Had no idea thanks 😊
oh my gosh honey, did we hit the TPArmac ?
Hey love the channel keep up the good work! Are you going to start broadcasting live like Miami Planes and LAX planes does ?
I really need to. TPA might be a little slow for live. I’m not tech savvy I’ll have to see what it takes equipment wise. Would be fun

Have fun in San Francisco. I'll be leaving Columbus Ohio this Saturday morning for Orlando format week with my family at Walt Disney world
That will be awesome have a great time 👍👍
@Ac Tion the mayor doesn't care.
Oh my gosh! Mark the calendar!! United missed the WOS!
12:30
I know I had to call my physiologist
I knew when you saw the a10 you would go nuts
Where I live I get my haircut by them
Capt Steve, you should have a few weeks of good weather, but only in the 60s.
Yeah looks nice for SFO but yes a lot cooler than hear. Then we head to Maui after several weeks. 👍👍
That fire... maybe the Warthog pilot dropped something off on his mother-in-laws house.
could u make it out of one of thiose window doors on wing on emergency exit of 737 -700?
At 6’4” 250 if I had to yes 🙉
Everything looked tame, domesticated, evaporated after those WARTHOGS!!
Hard act to follow 👍👍
pilot was testing tail flaps , vertical and horizontal stabilizers on rocket ship u think is your jet> ha
6821?
BRRRRRRT!
I saw her flipping her tail feathers at you
66 in 'plane years' - f u n n y (but does kind of make sense)
The Mighty A10 they will never build anything like it, united is relax now since an A10 clipped their wall
