Great list! I was not familiar with the Primavera and it is gorgeous. Also a great point about knit tees for transitional seasons. I appreciate the descriptions of the yarns you used for each one. I could certainly stand to branch out a bit more from merino.
All your fall sweaters are beautiful on you. In particular, the Wool and Honey is stunning. The Field Day Cardi is perfection. The Primavera is spectacular. Your journey with the Field Day Cardi was very educational. We all have these impasses or stumbling blocks as knitters. It is helpful to see a fail become a beloved FO. A+ cat content, little performers I’d say! 😻
Wow your Field day cardigan is so pretty 😍 I have the pattern for Field day jacket and this gives me an idea that maybe I could knit that one again but shorter and in lightly smaller gauge in a smooth yarn 🤩 I knitted the original jacket in rustic Finnish wool.
Silk is great because it’s temperature regulating. It is perfect for all seasons! That’s why pilots used to wear silk scarves when planes were open cockpit or lacked temperature controls. It adds warmth without weight or bulk.
I was happy to see your review on the weekender light! I bought that pattern a couple years ago, but didn’t do my research. I didn’t realize it was bottom up and so I put it off. After seeing your review and talking about the construction, I am thinking I will make it now.
About a year ago Andrea Mowry came out with a crew neck Weekender in DK weight. Also, your Field Day cardigan came out beautifully. I adore Hazel Knits yarn and I find that it wears very well, no pilling.
Love your podcasts. You knit the most beautiful garments. I love your Debonair sweater. I am your bust size and would gratefully take it if you should decide you would like to send it to someone who would give it more loving wear.
Your Field Day turned out perfect! Yes frogging that much is hard to do but your end result is perfection! Ok cat Mama question…how do you keep your babies out of your yarn?? I have a beautiful craft/yarn room but have to keep the darn door closed when I’m not in there. Lolololol
Lol I feel your pain! I have a glass cabinet to store all my yarn in, and all my WIPs are in project bags that go in my closet so I can close everything up. The only thing I sometimes have to leave out are the items I'm blocking, which they of course love to lay on! So anything really important (or with lots of hanging strings) will get blocked in a separate room where I can close the door!
I love Honey/Wool sweater on you and I am absolutely inspired to make one now! Thank you for this video
Thanks so much! It's a really fantastic pattern.
Wanting to immediately cast on Wool & Honey and Primavera!
They're both SO GOOD!

I'm so glad you found it helpful! I love a knit tee in the transitional seasons, especially when the heat is cranked inside.
The color of the Field Day is STUNNING on you! I found your podcast earlier this week and have been enjoying it so much ❤
Yay! Thank you so much and welcome!
You look great in that burnt but soft orange you are so clearly a derp autumn!
Thank you! I've never gotten my colors done but I'm pretty sure I agree.

Thank you so much! I'm really happy with those items. And they are most definitely the A-list actors here lol.
The Primavera sweater came out gorgeous! Your yarn choice and collar modification gives it such an elegant look
Thank you so much!

Thank you! It's such a great pattern; you definitely should!
I'm currently knitting the Field Day Jacket (a longer version of the cardigan) in unspun held double. Ozetta's patterns are fantastic!
Oooh that will be gorgeous!
Thank you so much, love them all
Oh I'm so glad!
Great video. You are new too me and I really enjoyed your presentation
Thank you so much!!

That's a great point!
Beautiful projects! I really like the colors of your Field Day Cardigan, Wool & Honey Sweater, and Primavera Sweater. 🧶
Thank you! 😊

I just started my field day cardigan today!
Oh good! I hope you enjoy it, it's so worth it!!

I know, what a great addition to the Weekender line! Yeah Hazel Knits yarn is just the best.
Still absolutely loving the Malakite cardigan!! 😀
Oh good! Nothing beats that!

Thank you so much! I'll keep that in mind if I decide to part with it.

Your Peimavera sweater is so beautiful. How many balls of yarn did you use?
Thank you! I used 7.5 balls (1,230 yds / 187 g).
I would love to take the wrap sweater off your hands
I think you keep tugging at that ribbed crossover top because the shoulders are set too wide apart. The top is too wide for you
I agree, I think overall the fit isn't right for me.
