This cartoon is great as all Heckle and Jeckle cartoons are. So much better than the c crap my kids watch today. It's a shame that HECKLE, MIGHTY MOUSE and others are not shown on tv anymore otside of dvds and You Tube.
In the uncut version of this episode, this one customer bangs his hand and yells I WANT SERVICE, GIMMIE A SANDWICH, I WANT A SANDWICH!!! ONE SANDWICH THIS WAY!!!! And then Heckle himself spreads mustard on his hand and puts it in between two slices of bread and says "Here ya are, chum!" So the customer bites it and thinks his hand is gone but them his hand pops out of his sleeve.
To Robert Lopresti-the scene that was cut out of this cartoon was when a angry bulldog customer was demanding a sandwich in a hurry. So Heckle or Jeckle played a trick on him by slipping his hand between two pieces of bread and when the bulldog ate the sandwich his hand was gone but popped out of his sleave. There was another scene that was cut out in which Jeckle or Heckle prepared a blue plate special for a customer who happened to be a non-descript dog.
My favorite episode
