  • This is my modernized version of a Gregorian Chant with a focus on the emergence of the angelic kingdom to our regular visibility while our souls begin to evolve quickly to a new spiritual horizon or dimension.
    Canto Maria
    Copyright 2024 Rick Tobin
    Verse 1:
    Let us seize the moment
    While our souls are young;
    Let us therefore rejoice
    While we are spirits free;
    After God’s renewal,
    When fallen angels rise,
    To holy ground,
    To holy ground.
    Verse 2:
    Who were those before us?
    To now be in this world?
    Where are those before us?
    To be in our world?
    They go above
    From out the underworld,
    So thus we now can see them,
    And they live, so we can see them.
    Verse 3:
    Man’s life is short,
    But souls don’t end.
    Our flesh is short,
    It may soon end.
    Death comes quickly
    To snatch our cell.
    No one is spared,
    No one is spared.
    Verse 4:
    Long lives the Holy Ghost.
    Long lives our maker’s hand.
    Long lives the gardener’s choice.
    Long lives the line of man.
    Each spirit lives in grace.
    Let every spirit grow.
    They flower and they bloom.
    Let every spirit bloom.
    Verse 5:
    Peace be unto every soul.
    Peace be to the Earth below.
    Peace be in the heaven’s grace.
    Peace to all the stars that glow.

    Canto Maria
    Vers. 1:
    Capiamus momentum
    Dum tenerae sunt animae nostrae;
    Gaudeamus igitur
    Dum spiritus sumus;
    Post renovationem Dei,
    Angeli lapsi surgunt;
    Ad terram sanctam;
    Ad terram sanctam.
    Vers.
    Qui ante nos fuerunt?
    Nunc in hoc mundo?
    Ubi sunt qui ante nos?
    Esse in nostro mundo?
    Ut supra
    Ex inferis, etc.
    Sic ergo nunc videmus eos.
    et vivimus, ut eas videre possimus.
    Verse 3:
    Vita hominis brevis est,
    Sed animae non desinunt.
    Caro nostra brevis est;
    Ut mox finiat.
    Mors cito venit
    Eripere cellam nostram.
    Nemo parcitur;
    Nemo parcitur.
    Vers. 4:
    Vivit Spiritus Sanctus.
    Diu vivit manus auctoris nostri.
    Vivat hortulanus optio.
    Vivit acies hominis.
    Unusquisque spiritus in gratia vivit.
    Crescat omnis spiritus.
    Florent^ et florent.
    Floreat omnis spiritus.
    Vers. 5:
    Pax omni animae.
    Pax Terrae infra.
    Pax sit in gratia caeli.
    Pax omnibus astris rutilantia.
