These are the perfect "road trip" vehicle. You have a bathroom. Kids have room to play and be comfortable...and if you need "nap time"...then you have that as well.
Not a fan of class B usually but I REALLY like this one!!! With the split sleeping area I would actually get some sleep because my husband, the bed gypsy, wouldn’t be rolling all over the place and stealing my blankets. 😂

Very nice Class B RV. I like the fact that it's on a Dodge Ram chassis. I will not even consider buying an RV built on a Mercedes-Benz chassis, Ford or Dodge ONLY for me!

My goal is similar. Jayco swift has the latest models with powerful Lithium batteries and eliminates a generator and propane. I'll put a hard floor on the roof as a roof lounge to do yoga and watch the sunrise.
As long as the hitch mounted bike rack and bike are under 350 pounds you should be good to go (10% of the stated tow rating equals max tongue weight). Keep in mind that whatever it weighs should be subtracted from your total cargo capacity. I'd probably go for a door mounted bike rack for a a two wheeled e-bike so the rear doors are still fully functional without the shin knock potential of a receiver mounted rack. Thule has a wide selection. Not Josh, just a random dude reading the comments.
My wife wants to continue traveling and camping after I'm gone. We've talked about a Class B for her as most have plenty of room for a single person or in her case a sister too. They are small enough that when you arrive you can use them as your local driver and not have to worry about fitting into a parking space. They also eliminate the extra work of having to hook/unhook a TOAD or trailer.
YES! This is something new, and something exciting. I've all of a sudden remembered that the wife and I started out with a Rialta and she misses it tremendously. I have got to show her this one. Thanks for taking a risk and stepping on new ground in camper land.
This is a very nice model- I really like the light colors and Euro look. It seems to have a decent amount of storage inside as well. Love the solar and generator. Some day I'd like to try one out as a rental to see how we'd like the small space! Thanks for the video!
Just bought my Integra Ethos on December 14 2002. It is the EXACT same unit they are both owned by THOR I believe. It is a real gem!!!! Spectacular!!! going to drive it From Sebastian Florida and back to Alaska in May. Buy one. Only had it for two weeks but if I drive it to the grocery store people come over and want to look. I like the silver, doesnt show the dirt.

Hey Josh it’s your favorite “fluffy friendly” folks from Roscommon and OMG!!!! You’ve done it again! This is my favorite class b floor plan and I love that Jayco has it in their lineup. We’ve actually been in the Thor version as well as the Winnebago and this floor plan is surprisingly fluffy friendly, especially with that bathroom setup. We have one kid left in school and she’ll be a senior next year. Our dream is to hit the road when she’s finished in one of these. They make visiting national parks and camping in small areas an option when they might not be in other rigs. We also like the fact they won’t take up much space in hotel parking lots as we frequently attend conventions and I speak often an different venues and a bigger rig would be more of a burden than a benefit. I love that when we’re able to get one we’ll be able to come and purchase from our favorite peeps. We absolutely love the $@&” outta you guys. Thanks for all you do. Btw, is Scott still there?
I like the RV companies getting into the "little guy" setups. I saw a DIYer who had a Murphy bed in the back of her van that folded up into the living/ dining/ workspace, and I think it would be fantastic to see an RV manufacturers take on that. It felt like a beautiful use of space without having to specifically dedicate bed room or sit on and wonkify the bed's foam over time. Is it safe to shower in that wet bath with the closet right there? Or do the doors open because you need to soap up outside? 🥶

They are now offering a digital rear view mirror option on new Ram Promasters. Check that out. I think you will like it. Also, Ram is going to offer a higher roof option. That will address two of your wish list items.
It looks like this one had it but he probably did not know it was there or how to turn it on. Also angle adjustment for the digital rear view. Also all 4 or the side mirrors are power adjustable.
There are a couple new class C's with heavy duty shocks and suspension coming out I saw on other channels. I would be interested in seeing more of those. This is a bit small for me. There was also an interesting travel trailer the Pause that looked cool. That would another awesome one to see. It is more for overlanding boondocking.
Loved seeing a B van!! You did amazing as usual. Though as a 6’2” big guy - I actually would have liked to see your vantage point of leg room and more importantly knee room while driving.
The best part of these Swift fans is they don’t say “Ford “ on the them so you know you can drive it for more than two years before mechanical engine catastrophe too many people I know have those garbage V tens from Ford in them course it’s bigger than this van would ever use but they had just as much trouble with their other B eights with their garbage adjustable cam components. i’ve owned dozens of ram vehicles and my current has 350,000 miles on it and it’s not a diesel in the engine hasn’t been touched. It’s so good to see a competitor that can build an engine and now I might consider buying another Temper van.
Great stuff Josh. Liking the class B content. This rig looks great for a single person such as myself to travel in when I retire soon. Or a close couple for that matter. Random suggestions/observations about this unit and class B's in general: 1) Get a camera shot under the rig and state ground clearance. 2) Get into more detail on the base chassis. I.E. can you start the van using an app on your phone?, is there a rear view camera that can be used while travelling?, etcetera . 3) State what outlets are powered by the inverter. 4) Is/are the solar charge controller and chassis converter/charger capable of maintaining Lithium Ion batteries (such as Battleborn) to the proper float level? In other words, is an MPPT charge controller and a mod to the chassis converter/charger required for a Lithium battery upgrade? 5) Would love to see a Jayco option similar to the Winnebago "National Part Edition" with a mild lift and 4 peak rated all terrain tires. All that being said, this unit is like a Winnebago Solis Pocket with far more features for extended boondocking but you give up the rear garage and ground clearance. If your plan is to only camp in parks with hookups and a bathroom, the Pocket might be a better choice, but it can probably reach a few more spots than the Swift without dragging sewer pipes and generator. Really on the fence here. Keep up the good work!

They say how many it can sleep, but how many can travel in it? This one relates to your last video also. Hot water heater act as a heater. If you run out of water, no heat.

I like this! I live in Virginia. My brother lives in Florida, in an HOA community. No parking RVs in the driveway. I could drive this, use the rest stops along the way and park in his driveway when I get there. It would be perfect for just me! I’m vertically challenged so the height wouldn’t bother me! 😂
Surprised on the price. Going to be tough to choose between this one and the airstream range line that has better on road seating setup and sleeps extra people if needed.
Josh: While not directly on point with this video, could you explain the difference between a class b motor home and a class B+ motor home. For example, some sites call a Forest River TS2380TS built on a ford transit van chassis a class B and some call it a class B+. If you know and are able to say, is Jayco going to on the Chrysler promaster chassis or will they also build on the ford transit chassis or the Chevy van chassis? Respectfully, W.S.
Maybe I just don't get it but these things are expensive for what they are. I'm assuming these tank in value when they are used? That would make more sense.
Can the 2 beds be combined into one at night time? I don’t think I saw that mentioned but I need a bigger bed or else my 15 lb dog will push me off the bed onto the floor😃😃😃. I laugh but I am allowed about 6 inches a long the edge of my queen size bed and my little dog gets the rest.
Is the generator overnight camp ground approved? I know some come with the new quiet genies.. also how much is this one and are the windows acrylic double pane?

Too bad i cant add pictures; i would modify this a lot to get it to where i'd like i think. take the wardrobe out of the shower (wet) space and put it against the other side of the wall (same side), add a drop table that could either be used as a desk or table (whatever the need) - this is on the same side as the wardrobe, but allows the walk space to the bathroom, and then make the bed into a full or queen - but allow it to roll into a 'sitting position' / couch during the day. Do they already have a model number that meets those specs?

This is terrific. We've had a Class B and loved it. We actually towed a popup trailer behind it and used both very happily on a cross-country trip.

Surprised on the price. Going to be tough to choose between this one and the airstream range line that has better on road seating setup and sleeps extra people if needed.
Josh: While not directly on point with this video, could you explain the difference between a class b motor home and a class B+ motor home. For example, some sites call a Forest River TS2380TS built on a ford transit van chassis a class B and some call it a class B+. If you know and are able to say, is Jayco going to on the Chrysler promaster chassis or will they also build on the ford transit chassis or the Chevy van chassis? Respectfully, W.S.
B = Factory chassis
B+ = Modified chassis
The difference between a B+ and C is basically negligible
I think jayco is working off a variety of chassis platforms to help “supply proof” them

No. Each store has its own individual lineup based on products available in those regions. We'll have Jayco Class B's here however
Maybe I just don't get it but these things are expensive for what they are. I'm assuming these tank in value when they are used? That would make more sense.

The dry baths would be in a B+ van like Leisure Travel Van. Model called Wonder.

Can the 2 beds be combined into one at night time? I don’t think I saw that mentioned but I need a bigger bed or else my 15 lb dog will push me off the bed onto the floor😃😃😃. I laugh but I am allowed about 6 inches a long the edge of my queen size bed and my little dog gets the rest.

Too bad i cant add pictures; i would modify this a lot to get it to where i'd like i think. take the wardrobe out of the shower (wet) space and put it against the other side of the wall (same side), add a drop table that could either be used as a desk or table (whatever the need) - this is on the same side as the wardrobe, but allows the walk space to the bathroom, and then make the bed into a full or queen - but allow it to roll into a 'sitting position' / couch during the day. Do they already have a model number that meets those specs?
