The Mr Congee restaurant here charges $18.50 for this dish! The key is getting the snappy crunchy shrimp and the runny soft scrambled eggs. I recommend substituting the spring onion with chives!

Can you please do more seafood dishes? I’m also from NY so I know sometimes it’s very hard to get all the ingredients… I usually drive all the way to Jersey City to the Asian market to buy groceries.
