At 104.12, Jason asks Ray how people can practice out of body experience abilitys so to speak, Ray mentions to start with meditation. This is 100% true. I never meditated until about 4 years ago. Ive always been connected spiritually to something, very powerful and have had certain abilities ever since I can remember. In todays human world, most people would think im crazy for saying this but I have the ability to shoot out of my body and travel to different dimensions so to speak in the form of what i can describe as a soul. The first time i did it, i shot up into space, floated there overlooking earth for a few seconds then instantly travelled straight to another planet in a matter of seconds, entering this planet through like a small pipe. It was like a large table full of these pipes and each pipe takes you too a new place. I was guided by another spirit/soul, im not sure who it was but i say it was one of my spirit guides. I was in another body at this point but completely invisible to the extraterrestrials walking around me. My guide showed me around, Its very detailed but too much to write here.I can recount the full journey like it was yesterday although it was 3 years ago. To sum it up i would agree with Ray, to practice out of body experiences, start with meditation, but i would have to disagree with Ray in terms of him saying you cant learn to do it yourself. My partner has been meditating and is i think a very powerful spiritual individual but not even she has had an outer body experience but she has tried to many times. So why was I able to do it almost instantly with no human teaching? I believe some individuals are naturally more powerful than others in terms of having more spiritual abilitys. We all are capable of more than we think but Ive achieved instantly what would take people years to master, why? I have no idea but ive always known and felt a spiritual power in me since i was like 4. After watching disclosure i dont feel so crazy now. Only my partner knows i have multiple abilities including travel, telepathic, visions, psycic, to name a few. I never practice these things. I can just do them when i want but I wish i could meet more people like me so we could share our stories and abilities together and really help to unlock my full potential. Anyone from Melbiurne Australia specifically. That would be amazing. Slim chance but never know.
Yo, my aussie friend! You are so correct :) There are big out of body experiences (Astral Projection) communities around the world. Australia included. You can check out facebook groups, specific forums about the topic in reddit and so on. Earth is packed with people who can do that and with the internet they are relatively easy to find. Do you have any specific process you do to astral project?
@@UralaTAO thanks for the info, i did some research and found a few groups so exciting times ahead! Meditation is key to unlocking these abilities but naturally i find i dont need to prepare much in terms of cleansing myself if you understand but being in a good headspace during the day leading up and relaxing prior knowing im preparing for an exciting adventure always helps. Also becoming one with the harmonic frequencies and breathing really helps me to enter the astral state quicker. As long as im focused its usually quite simple.

The experiences I speak of are threw long meditation sessions along with Yoga Nidra. These lead me to having OBE's I really want to speak with someone that is knowledgeable because I have had some REALLY Crazy...to the normal person experiences!
