I feel like the vlogging style is a little different (chill and more ambiance b-roll) and I'm really liking it! I was also really happy to see another vlog so soon after the last one :)

Not sure why but I think I have an idea what your going through, I can’t speculate but whatever it might be I wish you strength. Whenever I feel bad about something I always cuddle with the sweetest unbiased and non judgmental living creature in my world, my Labrador. Hope that Moos and of course Mau are helpful in that.

Not only are you running a successful business with your fiancé, but you show your life in a beautiful way that ignites a fire for people like me to do big things like you. Negin how did you loose so much weight and toned your body in just a month and a half? Please could you do a video about your diet and your workouts???
I know you mean well but it’s not always a good thing to comment on people’s weight loss unless they mention it positively first. Sometimes it’s due to stress or health issues etc. Same goes for weight gain as well! But that’s obviously considered more taboo to point out ♥️
The only way to lose weight is to be in a caloric deficit. The bigger the deficit, the faster you lose. But of course, there’s a limit to where it becomes unsustainable. But to lose 10 pounds in 1 month I would say you’d have to eat 1000-1200 calories per day and also eat about 50g of carbs maximum. But to be honest with you, I think many Uber thin girls eat more like 900 calories with almost no carbs, per day, to lose the weight quickly. That’s the secret!
