The game changer in trading comes down to discipline, self discipline & solid trading plan will make you consistent with time , if you lack these elements, even though you're trading smc , ICT and etc... You can never be consistent! Nice content by the way 👍🏽

The most illuminating video I have heard since ICT released his 2016 mentorship and 2022 series. But without the fluff!😂 I agree, ICT definitely loves the sound of his own voice, however his stuff is gold if you can "go the distance." The clearing house information is a missing link. This interview started me on ICT Concepts about a year ago. Had only been into trading about 6 months at the time, trading chart patterns, etc. Safe to say, my understanding of price and my ability to read charts is so far ahead of where it would have otherwise been, and I'm only getting better. Amazing interview i love it because it was a good talk about ICT, SMC and Convention Retail Trading. This helps a lot of people to take a view outside the box and have a good thought about these "systems". The market is not perfect and there is no perfect system as well. As a trader our goal is to be consistent and sound risk management with a strong psychology. There are no bad trading systems or strategies, there are only bad traders. My take away is to treat trading as a journey, be humbled in the beginning, have a bigger picture of where you want your family to be and where you would like to be as well. Also that School isn’t an enemy of progress but instead it can open up your mind to see how you could learn and apply yourself to go in deep on challenging things. I’ve went through my years of blowing accounts and slowly realizing over time That controlling risk management and your mind is what will get you to where you want to be at😌 I just trade breaks and retests and been pretty profitable with just that!
Mate this guy is blowing my mind, he's spot on. I've been tracking the 8:30 open and it's ALWAYS a point of injection, sometimes the price point even acts as a support/resistance . Fascinating to understand why

FACTS!! Lmao. Coincidentally that’s what worked for me this week. Sat out the past few days to let my trade set up develop and knocked it out the park today.
@@BabyTraderrr from my point of view it means don’t be afraid not to trade if price is not clear and wait for better price action to give you a better understanding on price bias ,this week EU/GU are not in the best place for me after Wednesdays news so personally I couldn’t get a trade but this then made me go on to different pairs and force positions But the previous week I’ve been able to get a bias therefore can get in my set ups. Just need to be patient and understand there’s a time to trade and a time not to. Hope that have that make things a little more clear

Plenty of Retail and Support-Resistance traders are making consitent profits. Each person has their own taste, either you prefer SMC or regular Price Action Support Resistance; consistency and dicsipline ultimately decide your triumph.
This was a fantastic podcast. I learnt a lot from it and it has helped me realise I shouldn’t be aiming to make 6/7-12% returns a month. 3-4% is more than enough on a funded account. Very useful information.
Very impressive discussion. Keep researching and your the type of guy who will find the proof that the market is run on an algorithm. There is no way in hell it’s a true market of supply and demand.
If most traders were to be observant, they would have seen this. I observed this time influence on price from just being observant whiles trading. So this was why I took ict seriously when I started paying attention to what he teaches. Everything is time based !

Trading needs discipline, seriousness and consistency. Doesn't matter whatever strategy you use. Even with just EMA indicator with proper discipline trader can be more profitable than non disciplined SMC trader
@@chriskabanda2167 you can backtest it but you should know when to enter and exit. For EMA better use heikanashi candles for better entry setup. I don't trade in EMA as I am not comfortable in it. I do SMC
Just blew a 5k MFF on second stage. Never passed a funded account. It's a small account but that meant soo much to me and man I felt the part when you said that can really put you in a dark place...depressed etc..... I wasn't feeling motivated to trade , not to confuse it with giving up cause I would never give up on trading I think I was just too disappointed cause I know I can do it and I make money consistently but poor risk management and wanting to get there too fast really had me. Man gained alot of insight from this and honestly am ready to give myself a real shot this time.
He reminded me that regardless of ur situation you need to present yourself against all odds because waiting for a comfortable time to do it will never happen and also when the rewards start coming don’t get over your heads and more so reduce your expectations to zero in the sense that have a realistic and achievable goal thanks Omar 1❤
This is a very very very very very great info on clearinghouses especially in forex! A critical factor in trading and not relying on “crack technicals” as another guest pointed out.

To tell you the truth I like ICT'S Rants, I like how he is in all that sense, I don't trade it but always been Intrigued by him and his teaching's, but it was after I already been learning everything else and didn't want to start over, If I knew it worked to the point of great success then I would, I never see proof of anyone really making it with it but who knows, maybe one day I will check it out myself.

I’ve went through my years of blowing accounts and slowly realizing over time That controlling risk management and your mind is what will get you to where you want to be at😌 I just trade breaks and retests and been pretty profitable with just that!

@@BabyTraderrr from my point of view it means don’t be afraid not to trade if price is not clear and wait for better price action to give you a better understanding on price bias ,this week EU/GU are not in the best place for me after Wednesdays news so personally I couldn’t get a trade but this then made me go on to different pairs and force positions
But the previous week I’ve been able to get a bias therefore can get in my set ups. Just need to be patient and understand there’s a time to trade and a time not to. Hope that have that make things a little more clear

Plenty of Retail and Support-Resistance traders are making consitent profits. Each person has their own taste, either you prefer SMC or regular Price Action Support Resistance; consistency and dicsipline ultimately decide your triumph.

If most traders were to be observant, they would have seen this. I observed this time influence on price from just being observant whiles trading. So this was why I took ict seriously when I started paying attention to what he teaches. Everything is time based !

Trading needs discipline, seriousness and consistency. Doesn't matter whatever strategy you use. Even with just EMA indicator with proper discipline trader can be more profitable than non disciplined SMC trader
Let's see your annual trade history using EMAs.

What’s that mean
Just blew a 5k MFF on second stage. Never passed a funded account. It's a small account but that meant soo much to me and man I felt the part when you said that can really put you in a dark place...depressed etc..... I wasn't feeling motivated to trade , not to confuse it with giving up cause I would never give up on trading I think I was just too disappointed cause I know I can do it and I make money consistently but poor risk management and wanting to get there too fast really had me. Man gained alot of insight from this and honestly am ready to give myself a real shot this time.
Sorry to hear that but as you can tell from this episode and past episodes it’s a very regular occurrence!

To tell you the truth I like ICT'S Rants, I like how he is in all that sense, I don't trade it but always been Intrigued by him and his teaching's, but it was after I already been learning everything else and didn't want to start over, If I knew it worked to the point of great success then I would, I never see proof of anyone really making it with it but who knows, maybe one day I will check it out myself.
