LOL the platinum is selling at $42,000 in Chicagoland. This "chip shortage" has the dealerships running wild. Honestly its so anti consumer that it should be criminal.

Just for the record folks. That engine sound is "fake" it's pumped in through the speakers. Also, we shall see how this engine fairs in the next year in terms of recalls or any other issues. That's why i think folks should wait until they work out any bugs. A 3cyl with a turbo and CVT transmission has me a bit concerned about longevity.

One very nice additional feature I didn’t see shown is that all four door handles on the exterior can be locked or unlocked without using the key fob buttons as they included the buttons on them. You just need to have the key fob with you obviously. Most other vehicles only include these on the front doors. You can also press a button on the rear power lift gate to close and then lock the doors or just close it. I traded an ‘18 for this and it’s a huge upgrade and when you look at the included features for the price you get a ton of value. The zero gravity leather seats are ultra comfortable. I hate the sonar alarms as they go crazy when you go through a fast food line and get close to the windows. It beeps loud and the cameras kick on. I suppose it’s nice but I had to disable that quickly. Problem solved. People don’t drive any longer and can’t put their smart phones down for 30 seconds so they’re making our cars drive for us. Lol. Somewhat. The copilot driving assistant works great when on the highway as well. Nice feature for long road trips. Really no complaints with this suv. It feels premium and sturdy. AWD system handles any road condition perfectly. I guess my only gripe is a non locking fuel door that is cap-less. Bad move there. My other rogue had a release inside for that. The refresh to this Rogue last year is nothing but impressive though. I get compliments on it all the time. It looks more sturdy and less curvy like previous models. It’s a pleasure to drive.

A good looking ROGUE this is a owner who has a 2015 SL love my to death. The CVT works fine, car idle quiet and ride is smooth. Though can say it's a 2.5 liter 4 cyl the thing takes off quick without any hesitation. The gas mileage is good. Really believe the styling on second and third generation are nice if decided get Nissan again don't know be a Rogue or Pathfinder. Very happy with the 2015 SL Premium interior like new absolutely love the car planning keep until she looks like Fred Flintstones car, hooked on Nissan 4 Life.

Excellent review, I have a 2016 SV and was looking at electrics for an upgrade, to get this level of features and trim I would have to pay above 85k vs around 37k for a Rogue. I really think Nissan gives you a lot of value for your money and wish they had a 300mile electric Rogue option, battery cost needs to come down. Did I hear right that this is a 3 cylinder engine? Probably for fuel consumption.

I have this new 22 with the 1.5 turbo. I think it is noisier than it should be when the turbo kicks in (for passing or accelerating). I'm also hearing a strange "whirring" noise from the engine bay. Actually louder upon decelerating, most noticeable around 45-50 mph. I drive all the time in STANDARD, as I want good mileage. Will be taking this into the dealership about the whirring noise, anyone else have the 22 model with the new engine with any weird whirring noise from the engine bay (been told may be the CVT chain belt or the Alternator Clutch overrunning making the whirring noise I hear) ?

I have this new 22 1.5Turbo and it sounds bad when you kick the turbo in....AND....I now notice an irritating "whirr" noise that comes on around 35 mph and dissipates after 50 (maybe road and wind noise sort of drown it out) ...most noticeable when decelerating from 50, most noticeable then. Anyone else with the 22 notice this same whirring noise (probably coming from the turbo)?

I just bought a Rogue 2022. Car is super smooth and mileage as told is best in class. But Rav4 is like super tested bullet proof vehicle. For Gas varients you can consider both Rogue and Rav4 as equals. But Rav4 hybrid is non comparable and best in class. You can close ur eyes and go for Rav4 hybrid, if u have the patience to wait for 6-7 months.

In terms of textured plastic feel its an individual opinion if u ask me. Some reviewers like Motormouth says textured plastic is much welcomed change, you say its vomit inducing. So its all depends on individual liking.
