The plan is to have a dynamic offense. We aren't getting that with Warren. We have to give orji that shot. Games at home, and we have no room for turnovers. Running the ball will cure that
Someone mentioned the other day that now would be a good time to bring back the wishbone offense. If we had practiced and planned for it, that could have worked well with mullings, Alex and Don
7:10 More than likely Alex is not going to play well. It's his first ever start in a high profile game against a pretty good USC team. He's not used to being on the field the whole entire game. So he's going to have a lot of mistakes, maybe a couple of turnovers, and not making the right reads, along with bad decisions. That doesn't mean the coaches need to yank him, and go with someone else. The major problem with Michigan's QB situation is they are all inexperienced in real time gameplay. They don't need the 30 your senior Tuttle. It's time to start using the younger guys to get them experience for the future, and don't look back.
I'm cool going with orji going forward. I think Michigan went with Warren over orji because Michigan wants to be a throwing football team in the future and they are trying to force that with Warren. Let's go back to small ball. 3rd and 3, run, 4th and 2 run. Run the dang ball and pass 20 times
Davis Warren is a great guy but he's not an FBS level quarterback. Maybe he could have developed more in high school had he not suffered the setbacks he did but we'll never know. It's time to give Orji his shot. If the argument to start Warren was he makes better decisions with the ball than Orji well that's out so might as well play the guy with the higher ceiling and added dimensions to his game
Orji just isn’t a D1 level qb but a d1 athlete. I think Warren is just a bad D1 qb but he has the arm to make the throws tho. We just don’t have any good options
Michigan lost all of their defensive coaches, half of their offensive coaches, their head coach, their quarterback, they're running back, all of their offensive line, 18 out of 22 starters, and their ability to know the play call of their opposition. Anyone who expects them to be better than 7-5 will be sadly mistaken. Harbaugh must hate someone in Michigan. He pulled a Pete Carroll.
Without those two pics CJ dominated Michigan in the game at Columbus without those two pics Kyle McCord beats Michigan in the big house please get real.
Lets be honest, we dont have a QB at all. This staff was banking on Tuttle, and he had the injury and had to have surgery. It was coaching malpractice that Sherrone didnt go to the portal, and it will cost this team. Its also coaching malpractice that he starting Orji in his first real game against USC. He should've split them in the Fresno game. This coaching staff couldn't find their ass from a hole in the ground. They have continued to misuse Edwards, they have zero creativity in the play calling, there are so many things we can call out.
Guys has our qb won us a game? Has our qb lost us a game,? I think we know the question to that answer. We all thought orji was qb 1 all yr and now were mad hes gonna be qb? Wtf are we doing? Orji is getting the shot we all thought he deserves.
I have it on good authority from the UM cvltists that I constantly have to deter from saying stup1d things that Orji is Milroe 2.0, Vince Young 2.0, JT Barrett 2.0, Tim Tebow 2.0 😂 Season was already over before they ever chose a QB after camp. This team is going to be hum1liated on national TV again and again ritua1istically and the UM coaches deserve it for pretend1ng this QB room could rival any program with a pulse. We're fielding a walk-on and a RB who can't throw. I'm waiting to see our fans throw Orji under the bus like they did with Warren bc of his picks. It's a fascinating drama and I can't wait to see who they all turn on next 😂 JFL
5:23 if Davis would just throw it away or take the sack, we would be talking about what a great day he had with a 78% completion rate.
100% completion rate. Even the interceptions 😂 11 completed passes, 3 completed interceptions...
Justin is crying about an effing Mac level walk on being correctly benched. Loser talk here

completely new O-line

that is a woody hayes quote
Exactly what I was thinking......why not let Orji get as many passes as possible against a weak opponent.
I like the move M is making give Orji a shot. Orji's style of play might be the ingredient that sparks this team

donooooo needs to be patient running the ball.....wait for the hole to open up

YES-MI needs the wishbone

Teaching Davis to protect the ball is MUCH easier than teaching Orji to throw. Expect a LOT of 3 & outs. All goes back to Moore as HC…smh.
guys......the team from last year is not the team for this year in all aspects.....we need more vocal leaders on the offense side
We get it. Guys love Davis. They want to have a beer with Davis. He can’t play QB for a Michigan tier program. Hey neither can DJ U at FSU…
"Michigan tier" program shouldn't have this pathet1c QB room. We're so bad that we have to pre.tend that a RB who can't throw will be a viable QB.
@@RICOJEEZUShe never played running back
It's all on the D to this point period enough of the QB stuff it all starts with Wink and what he did to that eleite D this off-season.
Jesus, did Davis Warren sponsor this podcast? These two are Warren bootlickers
The Warren d riding is crazy. Out here acting like he's JJ 😂
they doing tricks on it😂
the defense looks like don brown defense high risk ..low reward
Love the drinking twist this episode! Probably nothing to do with overall team sentiment
Having a bye-week wasn’t enough time for USC to prepare…so Moore confirmed Orgi will be the QB on Tuesday. Nice 👍🏻
I was at the game , Michigan side and everyone was booing! When was the last time you heard that?
It’s Gonna get a lot worse…Moore seems lost.

He's so bad. Worse than Nick Sheridan
Sobbing Sharon learning is hard to call the right plays when you don't know exactly what the defenses are doing
Penn State, Michigan State, Ohigho State, Alabama and Washington only told us they knew they were gonna get stomped
18:30 Michigan has run power read options w orji, it didnt work (blocking) they tried the motions against texas... it didnt work

the michigan offense looks average......

Moore is in Waaaaay over his head!
Face the fact, Sherrone has no clue what he is doing. He is in way over his head, and wasn't ready for this job.
Dude the coaching staff and starters were decimated. He was hand picked, he’ll be fine
You forget the 3 picks has to be included in the stats. So many excuses for Warren, I see your love for him, but “ reality bites”!!!
The packers just won a game with Malik Willis. Short throws. Easy reads. Occasional deep shots. Make it easy for Alex that is your job as a Coach

Lol fanboying over 6 interceptions in 3 games is diabolical
Orji might last 4-5 games before he's hit by a 225lb linebacker, who's as fast as he is.
Since Orji is 240 pounds, I hope the linebacker will be alright.
The answer? No! Harbaugh left this team high and dry, and then pulled a Pete Carroll.
@gregjames9875 the problem was Carroll cheated Harbaugh didn't.
