I only just stood up to my Asian mother-in-law (I'm Caucasian) the other day (LOL). I bought her something and demanded that I don't receive money from her. haha, It's my first victory.
Ok, but chicken feet, giblets, pig trotters or ears are really popular here, too. Also cow's stomach (tripe). It's super delicious if you know how to prepare it.

FYI : I’m not sure if “Asian Squat” is a proper translation. For instance, you’ll never see people do Asian Squat in Taiwan. Taiwanese like to use these words, “Please, Thanks and Sorry!” in daily conversation, including asking services in a restaurant.
