- In this video I made Prohok Ktiss using my homemade fish paste that I did about two weeks ago. Prohok Ktiss is a vegetables dip that consist of ground pork, coconut milk, kreung, and prohok.

I made this yesterday and finally got to try it this morning. i added some cayenne pepper to it and It turned out super delicious with/without the cayenne pepper! Thanks for sharing Ming!

Ha me too. Never liked it as a child, however early adulthood brought out the inner craving and asked my grandma to make it.

what kind of fish paste should be used
Any brand would work, you can eliminate fish paste and use more fish sauce too if you like, it will still taste good.

Yes, but store it in a jar or ziplock bag and freeze it. It'll last you for many months.
why is it in your video it looks like you are adding such big portion of Tbsp of what your recipe says?
I normally make a lot, some recipes maybe reduce to smaller portion.
