this is totally sick! for future reference, you can make pretty primitive moving obstacles by creating a command block loop (repeaters in a circle-ish shape with command blocks in-between) and by using the /setblock or /fill commands to replace the last position with air, and the new one with whatever block you want! i'm definitely sticking around for this series, keep it up!

You could use pistons with timers to replicate the excavators in Toad's Factory, same thing also could work for the pistons in the middle of the track (but this time, instead of them being sideways, they would be upward).
This video is really cool, but I want to mention that your new mic seems to only play audio for the left ear? I think that should be fixed for the future, can't wait to see what else you come up with.

Hol' up, could you not just enable slow fall for the duration of the intended track for the boats and have barrier blocks for just-in-case over timing ONTOP of the slime springs? (via like custom splash potions)

Good suggestion for gliding is that you add a command block that gives you feather falling. But I’m 100% it’ll work in boats.
