I already asked for that knife for Christmas. That bite he took at the very end man oh man. Knowing what spices, herbs, vegetables, etc to add and mix together to form a broth or sauce is really the secret to cooking. I'm not sure if is learned so its passed down or if it's all just from experience.
Sublime surroundings and top notch food....doesn't get better than this!

I've been cooking in Louisiana for 50 years. Beef short ribs are difficult to cook to perfection. These were cooked to perfection.

Sorry but I miss the forest. I don’t think you can beat the ambiance not to mention the vivid glorious alive colour of the rough and green forest. I miss your cooking preparations like cutting the woods and twigs and branches and lighting the fire. I miss the sound clarity of your chopping, the frying, the simmering, the grilling of everything you cook. The tossing of the onion skins, half of the garlic bulb, pepper seeds, etc to the fire. I miss the heck out of Men With The Pot cooking in the forest!!!

When I watch these videos, obviously I’m taking notes, but I got a bowl of cereal in the other hand to not feel as hungry. Also to not take late night trips to the grocery store 😂 I love your videos. Helps with the mental and sleep 😴 keep ‘em coming please.

So good!! I use Cabernet wine, pull apart the meat, pure the sauce and serve over penne pasta with fresh parsley and Parmigiano Cheese oh my! But nothing beats watching it outdoors for sure! Love your videos, always make me very hungry 10/10!!
