I'm 58 years old and I get strep throat at least 3 times a year ever since I was 2 years old. I currently have strep throat right now also.

I have strep right now, and am in the same boat. Felt we caught it early but my throat got worse after taking the antibiotic as well. I thought it was because I can’t take the Amoxicillin because it makes me sick, maybe it’s a specific kind going around though. Or has to reach a certain point before it can start working?!? Weird
