The end scene is heart wrenching. One of the few times we see Frisco so vulnerable, because he is afraid he'll never see her again. You can just feel the fear and pain when they are holding hands and have to part, so reluctantly and painfully. Really well done and amazing writing and acting...the passion, drama, and above all- undying love. Sacred and like no other.
I think this is one of my favorite storylines. F&F were always my favorite couple, but in this s/l, the acting is wonderful, the writing was really good, and I could watch these clips over and over again. The love they have for each other is so believable that I can feel it. I like that the drama and them being apart is not caused by one of them being angry with the other, or one of them cheating, etc. I can see both sides, which is another thing that makes it painful. There's no right or wrong here. You are right - sacred.
The scene at the end gets me every time. Felicia's trying to be brave, Frisco is torn about leaving. And the music fits right in. The when Felicia says "Please God come back to me" and he touches her face and stares into her eyes... I just want to cry. I know this isn't real, but the actors do such a good job that I believe every word, every look, every touch.
This is best episode in the Asian quarter s/L . They are the most passionate couple with a deep and abiding love.F & F are so sweet making future plans.
It's so nice that they can fit these F&F clips in between the dangerous scenes. I was always fast-forwarding my tapes to these parts. I love the Jones brothers!
Beautiful scene here When Frisco tells Felicia he loves her so much and Felicia replies to him that she loves him more than anything in the whole world. I always felt that back in these days with actors like they had here and storylines, General Hospital was one of the best soaps on daytime tv.
Was HUGE F&F fan in the 80s. Now in early 2024, recently discovered the YT channels with old episodes of my favorite couple. Despite having seen and loved this heartwrenching interaction in Sean's office, as I worked through F&F's history, rewatching these again it was as if I was viewing them with fresh eyes and ears. (Why didn't I notice that before?) Hearing and seeing things on a deeper level, being impacted more emotionally. Newfound intensity and appreciation for what J&K brought to these heartfelt scenes. With the various references to 'treasure' on GH, around that time, these two were..and still are... truly a treasure for us fans.
Perfectly said! For some reason I started rewatching Frisco and Felecia some time last year. They have so many scenes that are just beautiful and so heartfelt . This one is a big favorite of mine! The love and tenderness is beautiful!
this is the best storyline ever...love, passion, adventure...after this Frisco's comeback in '89 & then Maxie's heart transplant in '94...the chemistry between all the players...especially when it's Frisco, Sean, Anna, Felicia & Robert always equaled perfection on screen. Even when Frisco hated them and was bitter when he returned from Bulgaria, that chemistry that equaled on screen tension was dynamic.Mac is so boring and has chemistry with no one
I love this clips, I think its hysterical how Tony comes in and they disappeared and he can't figure out where they went. I laugh everytime I watch this, And the chemistry between Tony, Frisco, Felicia is not like I have seen with anyone else and I really miss it today!
It's hard to watch these and then see what the writers did to them when he came back in 1989, turning them - Felicia especially - into entirely different characters. They couldn't bring back this magic for some reason even though JW/KW still worked well together - it just was not the same and it never made sense why they changed them so much - it wasn't just that they were a few years older, it was a really profound character change to both. I was so disappointed. This raw spark was just squelched for some crazy reason even though JW/KW were publicly together in real life then, even though they had been already for years before off and on.
Yea. Frisco made promises to Felecia that he will never keep..He didn't want a dull life, he wanted to be in constant danger, that is what excited him, and that's why being married to Felecia and being a husband and Father wasn't enough for him, he wanted to go undercover and work for the WSB.. That is what he wanted and what he was committed to do for life...
by far the best clip of jack and kristina's work as frisco and felicia. I think they were truely in love in real life by then. just not sure they could take it "all the way". they are a good pair, these 2 on screne. no denighing the sparks fly between them.
Joyce Pietryga I think Kristina said they started dating in 86' so the rest is history..I got hooked on Kristina about this time so Frisco & Felicia are my favorites. It took a little getting used to with Mac in the 90's and now. Felicia always shows up now when Maxie's in trouble.
It was actually earlier than 1986 but they tried to keep it under wraps and it wasn't what one might consider traditional "dating" - They were off and on not that long from when she started on the show - Only becoming publicly known and more serious when he returned in 89.
Enjoy the fact that Felicia had the presence of mind to direct Frisco to the hidden room and then, when Yank and Jade were at the door, to tell him to hide under the desk. In both instances, he appeared a bit flustered, uncertain. Frisco was more than capable of fending for himself throughout the AQ SL, however, Felicia had her own set of smarts. Later, when they're on the run after getting married, they held their own, worked amazingly well as a team.
Love Frisco and Felicia. This is when GH was staffed with good writers, not like today. Today's writers for GH suck swamp water. Evidence of their incompetence was Felicia choosing Mac over Frisco in 2013... the original character of Felicia would've never "settled" for Mr. Dummy-dull-drums Mac over Frisco.

AlbieE 100%...all of it! I think that's why it's so hard to let them go!

Love the way they look at each other. General hospital had never been the same since he left.
GH of the 80's is still awesome!
It's so nice that they can fit these F&F clips in between the dangerous scenes. I was always fast-forwarding my tapes to these parts. I love the Jones brothers!

They were truly in love......
Thanks for more absolutely wonderful, heart-melting Frisco & Felicia scenes!!

So very true!
Kristina and Jack sizzled on screen. I've never seen so much chemistry. Frisch and Felicia forever.
Kim busting in and randomly shooting at the ceiling makes this comedy gold

Tony is putting his faith in Frisco and risking his life to watch out for him...he was a good big brother!

I totally agree. Their real love shone through tho.... .

I love this s/l and this scene frisco and felicia are the best their love is strong, passionate and forever.

why do i get weak when he calls her baby?!
When Felicia says "you came back to me" she reminds me of Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz.
Tony involved in intrigue, how different is that?
Felicia, does that moustache tickle?
Massive Kissin going on between those two in the last two clips.. Their love is so sweet!
@fan40 Yeah good question! How did Frisco know Tony said he was a security guard? :) Too funny!
Sound proof? Sean's communication room was the hiding spot for Slater, he heard the numbers to open the safe through the door!
FnF love story is sorta like LnL. I see some comparison.

Mac is dry as toast rigid! Bleh! They have zero chemistry. No passion. Zzzzzzz. F&F = FIRE!!!
